tenderer shall furnish the statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. refer section-3, clause 1.3-A of KW or tender document
tenderer shall have to scan and upload valid registered KPWD/CPWD Civil contractor License.
tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value
tenderer shall have to upload the total value of Civil Engineering construction works executed and payments received in any one year during the preceding five years i.e., FY 2020-21 to 2024-25 taking into account the completed as well as works in progress, duly certified by the Charted Accountant with UDIN number as per section 3 clause 1.2 of tender document
tenderer shall have to upload GST registration certificate issued by the competent authority.
self-declaration stating that, the tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudant practices issued by the Public sector undertaking / Government of Karnataka
