Taking down care fully copper/aluminium point wiring from wooden batten or conduits (light, fan, socket or power) complete incl fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, light fittings any type etc to be measured seperately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC unsheathed insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through existing metalic/non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI Marked not less than 20 mm dia including all conduit accessories concealed in wall/ceiling/fixed to roof/truss/columns etc by cutting chases and including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuty, suitable fabricated branded modular metal flush box / M S steel terminal boxes duly make embossed, concealed in wall and making the adjacent surfaces smooth through POP work & painting as per site requirement incl provn of modular inner and outer cover plate with laminated top sheet cover with sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes and junction boxes 1.6 mm thick of suitable size 3mm thick hylem steel cover for terminal boxes for housing switches , socket out let and fan regulators etc concealed in walls with suitable , all as specified and as directed for the followings:-

Taking down ceiling fan / exhaust fan/ fresh air/ Wall mounted fan including refixing the same after necessary repairs/ replacement of unserviceable/ wornout part and testing as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent of supply only.

M&L for opening up the winding of ceiling fan 1200 mm 1400 mm sweep any make and type and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire,wraping insulating material, insertion and varnishing well including drying complete. Taking down and testing of the ceiling fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for opening up the winding of Exhaust fan 225/300/450 mm sweep any make and type and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire,wraping insulating material, insertion and varnishing well including drying complete. Taking down and testing of the exhaust fan after refixing in position to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix LED bollard lights ,10W ,single phase with decorative LED bollard lights luminaire with diffuser and painted spun aluminium deflector pre wired and provision of twin core flexible wire,copper conductor of 0.5 Sqmm from light fitting to loop in box complete and M&L for making foundation for bollard light of size 250mmx250mmx400mm and plastering & painting the surface of foundation complete all as specified and direcetd by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of Ceiling fan / exhaust fan/ fresh air including taking down after necessary repairs/ replacement of unserviceable/ wornout part and testing the same as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note- Spare Parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of supply only.

S&F in replacement gun metal bush of any size and make sutiable for ceiling fans 1200 mm compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement worn out shaft, beyond economical repair of existing ceiling fan any make, type or size as per original one ceiling/exhaust fan complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully geysers 25/35/50 ltrs capacity opening for inspection reassembling and re-fixing in position after carrying out repairs rates included for replacement of pressed rubber gasket nuts, bolts etc complete all as directed. Note- Spare Parts such as tank, apparatus plate, outer body shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of supply only.

Supply & fix in repair factory made epoxy powder coated Distribution Board VTPN-4 ways (IP-43 protection), mechanical impact strength IK - 08, with cement spill protector double door fabricated from minimum 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable for universal mounting and including 200 Amp copper bus bar, neutral bar, standard DIN rail, Earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removeable gland plates with knockouts and suitable for one MCCB 125/160 Amp as incomer and 40 to 63 Amp SP MCBs outgoing complete all as specified and conforming to HSN code : 8537. Note :- MCCB & MCB will be measured & paid separately.

Clening of LT panel of board indoor type of size 1050x150x1200mm (approx) or any other sizes made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint and checking of all MCCB/MCB and connected wiring all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : If require MCCB/MCB to be measured & paid separately.

M&L for breaking the old existing wall and making provn of a round hole for fixing of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan including making good to the disturbed wall/ portion and matching with existing colour.all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix all accessories of PCB BLDC ceiling fan any type, any make & any capacity including taking down carefully ceiling fan & refixing the same as per requirement at site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
