Railway reserves the right to place order on past proven sources for the tendered item or Similar item with this Railway/ other Zonal Railways/ Production Unit or Government Organizations. Firm should submit documentary evidence like PO Copies, R/Note, and Inspection Certificate etc. along with their offer in support of their credentials/past satisfactory performance. Non submission of such vital documents may be taken as their not having any such past performance.

Bidder to quote with Tender specific authorization as per Railway Board Guidelines directly from OEM and the Purchaser shall confirm the genuineness of OEM Authorization.

The onus of submission of requisite documents (such as copies of Receipt note for stock items, receipt & acceptance for Non Stock items, capacity & capability credential, M&P required for manufacturing tendered item, T&p, Technical manpower, in house testing facilities, MSE credentials, financial credential PAN no/lrcc etc.) along with their e-offer regarding 'Bulk order' or 'Developmental order' lies with the tenderer. In case the tender do not submit the requisite documents as detailed above along with their e-offer, the tender will be decidled on the basis of their past supp]y performance records as available with SECR[if any].
