Labour only for locating the fault in EOT cranes, any capacity, make and type including rectification of minor defects such as tightening of nut & bolts, checking and rectifying loose connection of control panels. accessories and current collectors replacing of fuse wire etc to keep the cranes functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge. NOTE:- (a) Stores shall be paid extra under respective items. (b) All T&P including ladders etc shall be contractor responsibility and rates are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Stores of Minor nature viz, tape, thimble, screws, nuts, bolts and cable for making connection etc shall be arranged by the contractor.

M&L for re-winding of electric motor 5 HP, 415 Volts, 3 phase with enameled copper conductor as per existing size varnishing drying etc, complete all as specified and directed by Enggr- In - Charge. Note: After dismantling of UNSV motor the contractor will load in his own vehicle for repair at civil area and after repair the same will be fixed in existing place with proper connection.

M&L for spray painting EOT crane by applying two coats of golden yellow / Tractor orange / any other synthetic enamel 1st quality paint after scrapping of old paint with blow lamp / manually sand paper for capacity of 1.5 Ton to 10 Ton cranes complete all as specified and directed by Enggr- In - Charge.

S&F in replacemnt of steel wire rope 10 mm suitable for 1 to 5 Ton EOT crane complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge.

S&F in replacemnt of electro magnetic brake coil for hoist motion of upto 10 Ton EOT cranes complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge.

Comprehensive repair/maintenance of EOT crane 22 Nos includuing carrying out Monthly check and servicing of fully automatic flame proof electrical crane upto 10 ton capacity with simplex collective control system, with repair and maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts,such as bushes,all types of guide shoes, hangers, and its contact control cards control connector/links, limit switches, push buttons and its spares, and maintenance of of wire rope, necessary wiring and cable as per requirement for safe operations of crane repair/maintenance of control panel, cleaning of SWR etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning of all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following:- (a) Greasing / oiling of required parts i.e. shaft coupling, rope drum etc. (b) Checking & testing / adjustment of brakets for all motion. (c) Checking & tighting of coupling bolts motor foundatin bolts etc. (d) Checking the wiring connections in control panel & other accessories. (e) Checking of gear oil in gear box - For info please (Filling & topping gear oil shall be paid under respective item of BoQ) Note:- (i) Cost of minor spare parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares / routine material. (ii) Two Nos. experienced mechanic / technician shall be available to attend breakdown and ensure the safe, smooth, trouble free functioning of the crane.

S&F in replacement of flame proof push button controlling unit comprising of 'On' & 'Off' operation to and for motion 'Up' & 'Down', long travel, & micro speed and emergency control of EOT crane including removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge.

S&F in replacement of PVC insulated electric wire copper conductor multi core having 12 pairs of size 1.5 Sqmm including removal form site complete all as specified and directed by Enggr- In - Charge, Make: L&T / Seimens / ABB.

S&F in replacement of control transformers of 415 volts / 110 Volts 500 VA incuding removal form site complete all as specified and directed by Enggr- In - Charge.

S&F in replacement of VVF drive suitable for 5.5 KW for hoist motion only by replacing the old U/S drive including removal form site complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge.

S&F in replacement of VVF drive suitable for 2.5 KW for hoist motion only by replacing the old U/S drive including removal form site complete all as specified and directed by Engr- In - Charge.
