Taking down DB/main switch of any size and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Taking down unservicable submain wiring aluminium ete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

All as per serial item No 3.00 here-in-before but except conduit , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring (concealed ) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of massinory including 25 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 2 run of 4 Sqmm, 1 run of PVC conduit & 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable shall be measured as single unit length.

Sub-main wiring (existing concealed PVC conduit) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masonry including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 2 run of 4 Sqmm, 1 run of PVC conduit & 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable shall be measured as single unit length.

Sub-main wiring (existing concealed PVC conduit) with two single core 6 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of massinory including 4 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 2 run of 6 Sqmm & 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as single unit length. Note for item No.5 to 7 :- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces.

Point wiring (concealed) complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls/floors/ceilings etc by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal box 1.2 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick and 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor cable unsheathed in existing concealed PVC conduit and PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm as earth wire , connected to common earth dolly and replacement of aminated sheet cover of 3 mm thick for mounting swiches,socket,regulator suitable for mounting switches , complete for the following , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with zero halogen flame retardant (HFFR) smoke free non toxic non corrosive copper cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 volts grade and including stove enamelled steel surface conduit heavy duty (ISI Marked) and unsheathed copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm earth wire as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed for one light point controlled by one way switch.

Note for Item No. 1 to 14 :- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Taking down old U/S light fitting and S&F 20/22 Watt LED Luminarie decorative box type fitting inlcuding LED tube with blue coloured end caps pre wired for LED tube energy saving with high efficiency PMMA diffuser gives soft glare free light with available lumen output from 2000 total lumen. The lamp shall be 1200 mm length with G13 base. The 20/22 Watt system shall be operating at 220-240V AC supply having internal driver, IP 20, surge protection 2 KV, ambient temperature -20 to 45 degree C, freequency 50 to 60 Hz, The system efficiancy must be between 80-100 lumen/watt, with 70% lumen maintenance up to 40000 Br Hrs with uniform visually comfortable light output at 150 degree beam spread, CRI minimum 80, PF should be greater than 0.95, THD <10%. Indivisual LED,s should not be visible for glare free output colour temperature 6500k filled on & including 2 Nos PVC block of suitable & connecting up to tube light fitting with connecting up with copper 3 core flexible white cord of min size of 0.5 sqmm all as specefied and directed. Taking down old U/S light fitting and S&F Surface mounting LED luminaries with epoxy white powder coated CRCA sheet steel housng with reeded translucent acrylic diffuser and 1x10/12 watt LED fitting complete including side holder electronic ballast, prewired fitted on and including two nos PVC block of suitable size and connection up to tube light fitting with connecting up with copper 3 core flexible cord of minimum size 0.5 Sqmm size and testing complete including LED lamp including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete all as specefied and directed. Taking down old U/S light fitting and Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of LED Bulk head 9/10 Watt with a nominal system lumen output of 600 lumens and a minimum system efficiancy of 60 lm/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The luminarie should have a color temperature of 6500K and CRI > 70. The luminarie shall meet IP 66 rating and IK 09 rating with THD < 20% and PF >0.9. The luminarie housing should made of high pressure die cast aluminium with polycarbonate front diffuser. Taking down old U/S light fitting and S & F Road way LED 25 Watt with new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life Versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP65 roadway luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver complete with all accessories suitable for and including lamp cool white including 1.5 sqmm single core cable from junction box to fitting passed through pole for making necessary electric connections. Make : Syska/Havells/Crompton or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Flame proof fluorescent fixtures suitable for and including 2 x 20 Watt tube rod 230 Volt made out of cast aluminium alloy LM6 enclosure of all fixing acessories etc fixed in replacement complete all as specefied and directed. Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of LED 36 Watt environmental friendly, new generation, aesthetically designed, ultra modern recess mounting luminaries with high brightness SMD LEDs as light source 28 watt with nominal system lumen output of 2800 lumens and a minimum system efficiency of 100 lm/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The lumnarie should have a colour temperature of 6500K and CRI>70. The lumnarie shall meet IP 66 rating and IK 09 rating with THD<20% and PF>0.9 including taking down old unserviceable light fitting , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
