Repairing of 6000M.T. Capacity P.C.F. Godown at BEGRAJPUR Distt. MUZAFFAR NAGAR

Dismentling of corrugated A.C. roof Sheet including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by Engineer Incharge with in a distance of 60 metres.

Supply &Fixing 6 mm thick gray corrugated A.C. Sheet roofing in position including supply of all materials, labour & T and P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of 0.69mm thick 1.0m wide G.I. plain sheet in shape of ridge over A.C sheat roofing and also supply and fixing of 40x5mm flat iron as wind tie over G.I. ridge including drilling of holes, welding, cutting rebetting etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M.S. Steel or iron work of heavy sizes and section such as trusses door frames and wind ties etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes rivetting and welding where necessary and also including supply of steel bolts nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of work including providing one coat of steel prime work ties of 40x6mm. flat.

Supply & laying one layer of Tarfelt S.T.P grade III of the junction of wall & roof as per direction of E/I including necessary overlap, given a coat of approved Mastic paint/bitumin 85/25 below the Tarfelt & including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Making of Golai of size 15cm at Parapet wall and 25 cm over A.C.sheet of P.C.C 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 stone grit 10 mm gauge) with floating coad in joint of parapet walls & A.C. sheets and also dismentling of old plaster and cleaning the surface including supply of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & Applying leak proof compound over j hooks including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of rolling shutters of approved make of 80x125 mm (3"x18gauge) cold rolled M.S lath inter locked through their entire length joined together at the end by lock & mounted on specially disigned pipe shafts with brackets, side guiders & arrangement are inside and outside locking with push & pull operation complete but excluding the cost of top cover & spring .

Repairing of rolling shutters including repair of side guides and arrangement of inside and outside with pull & push operation and oiling and greasing including supply of all materials, labour & T.P. etc. required for proper completion of the work.
