M&L machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing and polishing complete and 15mm thickscreed bed in CM 1:4 all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar (but not backing ) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450 x350x 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including10mm thick CM 1:4 rendering on wall surfaces finished fair & even to receive tiles all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L granite (of any type) 20mm thick black coloured slab in single piece for platform of kitchen/WHB, machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM1:4 the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 5mm thick on ceiling or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement but using water proofing compound all as specified.

Rendering 10mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even an smooth with out using extra cement all as specified.

Preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered RCC surface of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of steel rolling shutters ( manual type ) for easy operation, rectification of defects removing of dirts , greasing machanism , refixing with clamps revetting where necessary including repairs to locks all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the rolling shutters of any following sizes including fixing only spare parts wherever necessary, taking down and refixing in position of shutters of size not less than 7.5 sqm and n.exc 30 sqm. Note : Spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

Servicing / Over hauling of ceiling of any sweep/ make i.e. opening of fan and cleaning ball bearing, filling grease/oil and changing of cotter pin, nut, screw, check nuts and bolts, ball bearing, metal bush bearing as required including cleaning of body, blades, down rods, canopies etc and re-assembling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L re-winding of ceiling fan of any sweep / make with insulated copper winding as per existing winding including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
