Banker Details

The Bidder should be in existence ,Company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 2013 including any amendment thereto, Partnership Firm under Partnership Act, 1932 in India LLP incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Act, 2008 including any amendment thereto

The Bidder should possess Valid Labour Registration Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

The Bidder should possess Valid GST, PAN, ESI & EPF certificates issued by the Competent Authority

The Bidder should possess a valid Super grade Electrical Contractors license issued by the Electrical Inspectorate, Government of Karnataka, should be in force on the date of submission of bids

The Bidder should have satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Grounding of 220 kV Bus PT 66 kV Bus PTs other equipment by providing cast iron pipe and accessories at 66/11 kV or above sub-station on Total Turnkey basis or Partial Turnkey basis of value not less than 50percent of the amount put to tender in the previous five financial years

Bidder who meets the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AN25B Where A Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to FY in which tenders are invited taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited B Value at FY in which tenders are invited price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 12 months.

A certificate for having read the clauses

The Tenderer/bidder should not have been Blacklisted/disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years as on date of Bid opening. Then in such cases, the offer of the bidder will be summarily rejected.

The Bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years, A consistent history of awards involving litigation against the Bidder or any partner may result in rejection of Bid.

The Bidder should provide detailed information to source the supply of equipment/materials from KPTCL approved Vendors only

The Annual Turnover of the Bidder in at least two financial years should not be less than the amount put to tender in any of the previous five Financial years 2019 20 2020 21 2021 22 2022 23 and 2023 Note Updated to the FY in which the tenders are invited Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10perecentage per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited.
