REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL FENCING AND MISC WORKS IN CGRA OTM AT DHQ7 AND NEW TRADE CENTRE AT PARADIP

Dismantling wrought iron and mild steel work of any descreption not other wise provided complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Mild steel angle iron cut to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire as in posts and struts in fencing etc including all necessary cutting and welding etc and for similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine cut) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and srewed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted wth washers and one hexagonal or square not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing of mesh size 75mm x 75mm diametre of GI wire 2.5mm and 1.5mm PVC coating over all 4.00mm any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel Round bars Fe 410W (Gde.E-250) quality-A, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shap required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not les than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W(Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of in repair CONSEC ZAL Super punch barb tape (SRPBT) Aluminium base helix coil with and include necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and as directed with following specification:- (i) Dia of coil(unstreched-610 mm (ii)No of circle-51 turns per coil(iii) weight of each coil with hessian pack-8.5kg.(iv) Coverage per coil-8RM (v) Central core wire:-made from 2.6 mm dia GI-H.T.S.S wireas per IS -4454 galvanised as per IS 2629.(vi) Razor Punched tape is CONSEC-ZAL steel comprising of AL base with Zinc alloy @150 gm/m2 conforming to ASTM-729/A-729M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/Polyurethane & final paint top coat of Caulifieid green shade(BSL 139) by Hot Dipping process. The item also includings supply of 3 Nos of Horizontal ZAL runner wire for fixing of concertina coil including taking down the old unserviceable concertina coil complete all as specified and directed. Note :Only Net weight of coil incorporated at site shall be considered for measurement.

M/L Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.
