Improvement and Widening of Road from Zonal Hospital to Baloo via Pucca Tala Km. 0/0 to 0/560 (SH Formation cutting R/wall and Toe wall )

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock chiselling, wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades ,width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 & 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means/ labour if required. Any loss to the public private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. Dumping site shall be arranged by contractor at his own level.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks ( where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 & 1600 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable /approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre). compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8( One cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size on ground or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 ,1200 and 1600 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1200,1600 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 100mm ( One Hundred millimetre) diameter poly Vinyl chloride pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards draining face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 700 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub structure grade M-20 (M-Twenty) ) designed mix with cement contents not less than 350 kg (three hundred fifty kilogram) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including curing complete and cost of form work as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in retaining wall etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer -In -Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental, The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of dowel bars of required size/diameter in rocky portion placed 50 cm (fifty centimeter ) center to center both ways including making hole upto any depth filled with cement slurry 1:3 ( one cement into three sand )or as directed by Engineer –in –Charge including carriage of material within all leads ,lift and other incidental The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimetre (forty millimetre nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, for all type of structures including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section800,900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900 mm dia (nine hundred millimeter) diameter reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 ( two )for culverts on concrete cradle bedding or plain cement concrete grade M-15 (fifteen) in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 (One cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete cradle bedding and masonry work in head walls and parapets etcetera complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1100 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
