Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) c) In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for : iv) Sides and Soffits of beams, Beam Haunchings, Cantilever, Girders, Bressumers and Lintels plinth beams not exceeding 1m in depth

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Supplying and fixing Pre-cast cement concrete kerbstones(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) of M-20 with 20 mm nominal size granitic/basaltic aggregate properly consolidated by mechanical plat-form and vibrators with smooth finish including fixing at site complete as per specification. c) Size 60 cm L x45 cm H x 15 cm T

Providing and laying upto floor five level cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including smooth finishing to exposed surfaces, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) including centering and shuttering etc. a) Kerbs, steps and the like at or near ground level

Painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade or new work over and under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade

Providing and laying in design & pattern factory made PVC RUBBER MOULDED Interlocking Cement Concrete paver blocks of M35/M40 strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using Rubber mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with river/manufactured sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer. b) 60mm thick -Coloured other than Grey (M35 grade)
