The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required Note:- exposed duct to be cover with 26G AL duct.

SITC of Extruded aluminium powder coated diffuser/ Grill with volume control damper with all necessary supports as per directed and as instructed by OIC-ES

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI volume control duct damper/Non Return damper 18 guage GI. frame & 20 guage GI blades complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.

Supply & fixing of Fire retardant synthetic canvass connection with a provision to measure the canvass temperature at the mouth of package units & plenum with all fixing arrangement, nut bolts, hardware’s etc. as instructed and as directed by EIC for above package units.

SITC of Motorized (ON-OFF type) duct mounted GI Volume control damper with enthalpy sensor and necessary control wire (minium 1.5 sqmmm) for integrated with AHU.Note:- Cost include with All the cable realted to the above unit.

Existing LA Chiller

DISMANTLING OF COPPER PIPING INLET AND OUTLET VALVE & ACCESSORIES CONNECTED TO THE CHILLER AND ELECTRICAL CABLES DISMANTLING of existing chiller as per instructed and as directed by OIC-ES.

REMOVING OF THE OLD L.A.CHILLER FROM THE EXISTING SITE TO THE NEW INSTALLATION SITE as per instruction and as directed by OIC-ES. Note:- cost of RCC foundation require for the same should be included.

Design, SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF 1-5/8 COPPER PIPE TO CONNECT THE CHILLER TO THE EXISTING INLET AND OUTLET PIPING with all the necessaories support and hardware etc as per instruction and directed by OIC-ES.Note:- All the Piping should run on Perforated type tray. SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF NITRILE RUBBER INSULATION with GC Cloth - 1-5/8" X 19 mm. THICK as per instructed and as directed by OIC-ES.

SUPPLY, LAYING AND TERMINATION OF NEW ELECTRICAL CABLE AND TERMINATION OF JUNCTION BOX with all the necessaories support and hardware etc as per the requirement ,as per instructed and as directed by OIC-ES.
