Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 20 mm thick (of any type) (table runned and polished) in floors steps, jamns, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and vertical surfaces bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, coping, cills, steps etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing with connections or fittings from wall, ceiling and floor etc., including cutting/chasing in wall/floor and removal from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 20mm bore, CPVC 'medium grade', with all fittings (like Elbow, Tee, Socket, Gi pipe connecter, nipples, tank adaptor etc) and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but n. exc 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutters) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each, from chowkhat, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made, 30 mm thick, flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commertial type on both sides, fitted to chowkhats of 2nd class hard wood (hollock), complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 35 mm thick (Batten thickness) 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without shash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc. and sizes of the members of shutters as specified in clause No . 8.24 (a) of MES schedule part – I (Specifications - 2009), supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as in doors/chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rail, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steek sheeting or other coveriong, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening & fixing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F for factory made solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick 3D wood grained printed colour Moulded PVC Sheet Polyurethane painted on the front face & 2mm Plain colour PVC Sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Solid PVC frame (Single Rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100 x 8 sheet metal screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Note:- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surface any description not otherwise described and exc 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of prink primer all as specified and directed.

S&F for fixed in repair, PVC tank lid (cover) suitable for 500/1000 litres capacity water tank with hinged and hooked fixing by steel screw for existing PVC water tank on buildings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom and over and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treament of any nos of layers and of any description, incl.demolition and taking off PCC padding/plaster on RCC slab, also including removing of bitumen coating to show the concrete surface to its true colour and roughening etc and also removing the debris outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing mud phuska or lime concrete or brick bats any nos of layers and of any description, including removing of the debris outside the MOD Land, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 including matching existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding, average thickness of 40 mm in slope, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved brand/make, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick Screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instrustruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for laying APP modified membarane with non woven polyester reinforcement mat (concrete core) not less than 3 mm thick & not less than 3.5 kg /sqm, the membrane shall tourched & the over lap shall be 100 mm on length side & 100 mm on width side over a tack coat of hot Industrial bitumen @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over Bituminious based primer IS No. 3383 @ 250 gms/ sqm including applying Aluminium colour synthetic enamel paint @ 200 gms/sqm all as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVDF aluminium composite panels with fire resistent mineral filled core material as in interior/exterior wall cladding on external wall surface shall consist of following :- (i) Aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 3 mm with outer surface finished with PVDF based coating 0.25mm, inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyster paint. The thickness of aluminium cover sheet shall be 0.50 mm inner core shall be of LDPE. (ii) MS tube framing of section 25mm x 50mm x 1.50mm thick. (iii) MS grid shall not be exceed 1.0 sqm each the MS grid not more than 1 mtr c/c shall be fixed with MS angle 30x30x5 mm projected 150mm from surface of wall. (iv) Colour shall be approved by GE. (v) Joint shall be sealed with silicon weater proof sealing compound with help of masking Tapes. Note : Canopy, borders, projections etc will be measured in sqm for payment purpose.

S&F in repairs 300mm size stainless steel letters, in Hindi/English and fix with stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction.

S&F for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction.

S&F for 9mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for toughned glass, 10mm thick as in partitions and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base, sub flooring etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured precoated chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping of hard standing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, chajjas, fascias, fins and similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs ( for manholes etc.), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately).

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer, 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on wall surfaces, as backing coat to tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ist quality, Fully vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles of size 300 x 600 x 7mm thick, glossy finish, conforming to Group B-III of IS-13712, first quality, of approved colour, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for first quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for false ceiling at all heights with semi perforated, 12mm thick micro triangular edged GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4) - 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15x 32mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of s1ze 600x 600mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel of any description , over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.
