Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).
For Foundation and Basement
Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.
Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)
Paving pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand), with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer, 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for grill gate, grill work to doors and windows openings ramp etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Supplying fixing and errecting of steel roof trusses and roof truss purlins fixing for PPGL sheet roofing using MS. square tube of size 50x50x4.50 mm raffter, Tie angles and MS square tube of size 50x50x4.50mm for sturts and MS plat of size 12 mm thick for fixing PPGL sheet. The purlins using MS square tube of size 38x38x4.05 mm shall be properly anchored to the supporting super structure and fixed in concrete at wall and spacing of purlins are to be arranged to use the standard size or sheet and spacing should not execeed 1680 mm and free over hang at eves should not be more than 400 mm, the cleats shall be wellded to the trusses firmly and fixed on the down stream side of purlins. The ridge purlins fixed at 77 to 115 mm away the apex of the roof. The trusses shall have welded joints only at all guessets plate junctions except gussets at bottom chords to have bolts and nuts to permit transportation of trusses as directed. The foundation anchor bolts of trusses will be fixed in concrete at wall in bed blocks and well cured, labour for erection of trusses of approved quality transportation, priming coat for all members, cutting, bending, and welding etc., The trusses should be connected at bottom 1 / 3 part by steel tie angles and with top and bottom wind bracings as per design given. The chord of the trusses of bottom channel should suitablely cambered. The truss and purlins should be given priming coat of Rex Oxide primer of approved quality including labour for erection, transportation, wellding etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Supplying and fixing by drilling holes and not by punching for roofing with pre painted Galvalum sheet of 0.47 mm thick of best approved quality with required size with curved shape and white ridge sheet with necessary bolts and nuts bitumen washers. including cutting the sheet to the required size found necessary during execution etc., complete complying with standard specifications [ The sheet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work]

Supply and Erect tensile membrane structure for Open to Sky and Bus Shelter as per the Specification and Design below. 1)Steel: Steel design, fabricated and supplied and erected as per the analysis wing NDN design software with minimum thickness of 3.20mm thickness and approx tonnage of 1.20 to 2.50 Kg Wt/Sq.ft varying as per the design shown in the drawings the steel to be of ISI approved make and has to fabricated and supplied with one coat of Epoxy primer to site. The lugs / cleats and base plates to be prefabricated and to comply as per design standards of Reports. The steel to be designed for a wind speed of 55m/sec as per the IS code. The steal to be finished with two coats of Epoxy white roller finish at site. 2)Fabric: The fabric has to be PVC fabric with cross link of Tx-30 with a life expectancy & 5 Years and has to be patterned as per NDN software and has to be welded and high frequency machine with a minimum weld width of 40mm. The fabric to be fixed with necessary Aluminum extrusion of minimum 3.20 to 4.00mm thickness flats or special extrusion. The fabric fixed should be made in such a way sufficient stiffness is there in the fabric.
