Providing under layer including preparation of ground 75mm thick (un compacted) layer of dry stone aggregate & grouted with sand. (Complete Job).

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of cenetring & shuttering –All work up to plinth level with 1:3:6(1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) .

Removal of Excavated mulba dismantled unserviceable material from the site of work by mechanical transport or manual means or animal means including loading and unloading complete job

Providing & Fixing of precast cement concrete paver tiles flooring 60 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mix & joints to be filled with cement mortar 1:3 mix (Complete Job).

Centering & Shuttering including strutting propping etc. & removal of form for: Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 min width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides andramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed.(All kind of soil 1 meter from cutting Edge)

Providing and fixing of innaugration granite Stone of size 2’-0 x 2’-6” including engraved letters and pedestrial of Standard height complete job as per direction engineer-in charge.

Carriage of materials by all means including loading / unloading & stacking complete. Sand
