| 1Advance Oxidation Plasma Cell - Duct Mounted Air Purification System Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of duct mounted Air Purification System with AOP comprising of UVC lamp 254 NM (no ozone) on nanoX coating metallic compound of five metals targeted on Aluminum matrix cell duly enclosed by a poly casing tube, with the capability to produce ionized Hydroxyl oxidizers using plasmoX having in-built multipin ion generator pins (+ ions 10^6) along with ultrasonic radio frequency waves for pest repellancy. The UV-C lamp will be a low-pressure mercury type and of such intensity as to provide minimum performance as listed below. The UV-C lamp will produce only Germicidal UV (by definition this means 99.99% UV-C energy). The cell will have built in LED indication system stating the operation of the 3 technologies the UV lamp, ionizer and pest repellant. The AOP cell shall be capable of removing the Particulate matter, Gasous Contamination as well as Microbial Contamination as per ISHRAE. The power / control cabling between the Pentagon units and the power source / controls shall be included in the cost The wattage of the lamp shall not be less than 21 watts upto and length not less than 436 MM upto 6500 CFM and a minimum of 48 watts upto 28000 CFM or combination based on the application area. The system shall be capable of reducing microbial bacteria, virus and spores, VoC', odors and particulates matter. | |||||
| 1.1 | The equipment shall have to CE, ISO 13485, ROHS with 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive along with FDA compliance certifications. The AOP cell shall a microbiological testing report against acteriophage (MS-2 FDA) surrogate SARS Cov-2 with a inimum efficiency of 99 percent along with a Virology report from ICMR approved lab with an minimum efficiency of 99 percent against SARS COV2 within 45 minutes. The specific certifications shall be submitted along with the technical submittal. The failure to submit the certifications along with the submittal shall lead to rejection of the product. The AOP cells should be selected by considering a load factor calculation for each specific area where the equipment is to be installed.
