Repair/Resurfacing of Bituminous Main Roads of Estate Area leading to Factory Main Gate (except 6th Mile to Main Gate), at O. F. Ambajhari.

Providing and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen on bituminous surface @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler after preparing the existing road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. as per direction of Engg-In-Charge

Providing and laying premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen @ 4% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates as specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepares surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers 8 to 12 Tonne to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with paving bitumen @ 6% as binder content by weight of total mix, prepared in Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates as specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder & filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers 8 to 12 Tonne to achieve the desired compaction to required camber and density as per specification etc. complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make: M3, BP, Tata, Go Green Solar accessories only.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strip (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, tools & plant, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Make: Automark, Monomark, Asian Paints, Berger Paints only.

Supply and fixing 100% waterproof aluminium alloy die cast body Solar Cat eye/Solar Stud of size 125x125x75mm (minimum) having 6 numbers ultra bright light LED's (03 nos. on each side) of 5mm dia. Flashing type (flashing rate minimum 1Hz) with superior poly-carbonate solar cell top cover, Solar PV module powered by high grade multi crystalline silicon solar cell (2V minimum), high capacity minimum 1.2 V, 2200mAH nNi-MH battery complete (fixing of stud/cat eye shall be as per manufacture's instruction) Visibility >800 mtr.
