SCHEDULE "A" PART-I (Ceiling Fan) "Disconnecting and taking down the complete ceiling fan with down rod from ceiling hook any size /make/sweep at any location for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning, oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and refixing the ceiling fan back on the same location & connecting it properly and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in –Charge."

Replacement of MS clamp (set of two nos) with nut, bolts and washer rubber reel, safety pin, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

Replacement of Ball bearing for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan of any model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable bush with new gun metal bush for any sweep/size/model of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

Replacement of capacitor 2.5 Mfd for ceiling fan of any make/model/sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

Rewinding the ceiling fan motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep, with super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge incl replacement of insulating materials such as laminated elytroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing, greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, replacement of missing/worn out nut, bolt & washer etc and testing after reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

Supply and Fixing step fan regulator electronic type of switch size suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep and connecting in circuit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

Supply and Fixing Screw for fan blade of as per sample, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-II (Air Conditioner (AC) "Dismantling of old split type Air Conditioner of 1.5 or 2 ton Capacity of any Make incl disconnecting and installation of new Split type Air conditioner of 1.5 or 2 ton capacity including filling of (FERON) Gas to compressor unit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –in –Charge ".

M/L taking out PCB unit 1.5 ton capacity of any Make including refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –in –Charge

M/L taking out PCB unit of any Make 2 ton capacity of any make including refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

Dismantling & taking down unserviceable sealed unit compressor from existing 1.5 ton split air conditioner of any make and replace the same by original manufacture /authorized dealer 1.5 ton capacity sealed unit including necessary brazing and cleaning work and charging of refrigerant gas including provision of new bushes, grommets, sleeves, washers, mounting rubbers,nut bolts,terminal covers & clips complete all as specified and directed with pressure testing complete to the entire satifaction of Engr-in-charge.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-III"(IRP)" M & L for dismantling of existing 16000 LPH IRP including removal of existing old filter media of various sizes, unserviceable strainers etc and deposited to place where directed complete :- (a) Cleaning the surfaces of IRP and all accesses with emery paper, preparing the surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on outer surfaces and two coat of black bituminous paint (Food Grade) on inner surfaces of IRP of capacity 3000 GPH (b) Replacement of Supply and fill Barakar sand of 16/32, 10/20mm size and Gravel of size 1", 3/4", 1/2", 3/8", 1/4", 1/8". (c) Replacement of Supply and fixing rubber gasket joints for all packing required places of IRP unit including nut-bolts. (d) Replacement of Supply and fixing of plastic damaged strainers (push Type) of approved quality and size wherever required. (e) Replacement of existing MNO2 / Anthracite from oxidation chamber with new MNO2 or Anthracite lumps to be used as oxidizing agent. (f) Replacement of Supply and fixing water pressure gauge duly calibrated of existing size complete. (g) Replacement of Supply and Installation of Electronic Dosing Pump (6LPH) with 50Ltr Tank. (h) Air Compressor with allied accessories (i) Replacement of Supply and fixing of Diaphragm Valves - 5 Nos. (j) Petty Repair of MS vessels.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-IV"1000LPH R O Plant" Material, labour and servicing of 1000LPH R O with replacing of defective items i:e (a) Spun candle -01 Nos (b) MPV (Valve) - 02 Nos (c) Fliter Media (Sand,P Gravels, Anthracite carbon, Ultra silt and Silica Sand - 02 Nos (d) Flow indicator - 02 Nos (e) Chemical back washing for RO Membrane - 01 Job and re-installation, testing and Re-commissioning of 1000 LPH R O complete all as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-V"Pump set" Decoupling 7.5 HP Pump set opening the body of motor ,taking out burnt/defective winding wire carefully and cleaning the slot ,rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge along with insulated material ,greasing varnishing the bearing reassembling and testing of the 7.5 HP Pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in –Charge.

Decoupling 5 HP Pump set opening the body of motor ,taking out burnt/defective winding wire carefully and cleaning the slot ,rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge along with insulated material ,greasing varnishing the bearing reassembling and testing of the 7.5 HP Pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in –Charge.
