M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated surfaces of walls by scrapping and removing layers of all wall finishes including cleaning, watering to make the surface clean and free from dust, etc and applying Two Coats of Acrylic Distemper (as approved), mixed with stainer for achieving the desired shade and applied with rollers on walls including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated surfaces of internal walls by scrapping and removing layers of all wall finishes including cleaning and watering to make the surface clean and free from dust, applying 1.5 mm thick white cement based wall putty in suitable layers including rubbing down to obtain smooth and even surface, and finishing with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved shade/tint mixed with stainer and applied with rollers on walls, including necessary scaffolding, safety and protective measures, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old Distempered surfaces of Walls/cement boards including filling the existing Nails/Screw Holes, etc. and applying One Coat of Acrylic Distemper (of approved tint) mixed with stainer for achieving the desired shade and applied with rollers on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old treated/decorated surfaces of ceilings and applying One Coat of White Wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old treated/decorated surfaces of walls and applying One Coat of White Wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old Treated/Painted Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering (Internal) 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Non-asbestos Fiber Cement Building Boards 4.0mm thick, fixed to Walls with Rawl Plugs and Steel Screws complete all as specified and directed.
