Part I-A: Sub Structure works Clearing/ cleaning of site by cutting and removing of grass and wild vigetation, bushes,up rooting the shrubs, trees and sapling of girth upto 150 mm measured at a height of 1m above ground level etc. around the building and open areas in the vicinity of the individual building along foothpaths, nullahs, road burms and open spaces etc. as per location shown by Engineer-in-charge , including up rooting the same manually / with phavda, or by other means and disposing off same mechanically in to dumping pits / areas out locted at different locations with all leads including cost of tools and plants etc.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- i) Mode of measurement will be as per the actua lareas where grass and wild vegetation is cut or up rooted and their locations/ areas to be got approved before commencement of cutting the grass, vegetation or whenever directed. ii) The work has to be carried out as and when and whenever directed, during the concurrence of contract. iii) The cut grass shall be removed immediately from the site under no circumstances, it shall be allowed to burn. The contrator shall be held responsible if the heap of the cut grass is burnt by any one at any time. iv) The contractor should deploy the number of labours as per the requirement of Engineer- in-charge.
Earth work excavation over areas in all heights/ lifts for Site Development, Mass excavation, Road etc. to required profile, level, grade, camber etc. in all soils as mentioned below including dressing of excavated area, filling the low spots/ areas with approved excavated earth in layers not exceeding 250 mm watering, consolidation etc. and stacking/ disposing the surplus excavated materials within a lead of 150 m. and all inherent lifts etc. to the required location as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) In all soil other than soft & hard rock.

Cement concrete for the following works at all levels and locations of specified mix using graded stone aggregate of 20mm.maximum size including necessary form work, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position, consolidation, finishing, curing etc.as per specifications and as directed by EIC. Notes:- Nominal reinforcement if provided for the above works, shall be measured & paid under relevant item. Notes for reinforcement cement concrete works. a) Cement for structural works shall be OPC/PPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. b) PPC/blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-charge. c) All RCC work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications. d) The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. e) All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm. maximum size & uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. f) For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Department : i) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. ii)Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by / through the dept. iii)Test for Concrete shall be done as per IS 456-2000. and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.
a) PCC grade M10 for levelling course, mud mat concrete in foundation.
b) PCC grade M15 in sub base flooring, plinth protection,Paver Blocks etc.
Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M-30 in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conformining to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge, for the following.
For all type of structural / RCC elements of all geometrical shape.
Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS :4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC/ PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ PCC/ RCC elements including transporting, pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge.
Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/ removing and cleaning steel/ timber shuttering & centering for form work in foundation plinth at all locations for all geometrical shapes in plain,curved surfaces of structural/ RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work where plastering is to be done, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- i) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. ii) The rate of formwork shall include all type of structural / RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces.
Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor & shall not be measured for payment.
i) Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL, RINL,JSW only.
Disposing off the surplus excavated materials /debrices etc. by mechanical transport to the near by dumping pits/ dumping areas outside Anushaktinagar colony including all lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Notes:- a) Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible. b) Cost includes necessary permission from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/ excess earth outside Anushaktinagar.
Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the inter stices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing / blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality murrum including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per specification drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
i) 150 mm consolidated thickness.
Providing random rubble masonry with rough dressed hard stone below plinth in foundation, plinth, retaining wall etc. in cement mortar 1:6 including through stone, header stone, bond stone, quoins etc. well packed including filling the inter stices with smaller stone chips, striking, raking out joints & finishing the joints, including scaffolding, curing etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Cement pointing to random rubble masonry wall with Ready mix cement mortar 1:4 including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints ,curing scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
i) Raised and cut pointing
Removing/ cutting carefully the existing bituminous concrete, seal coat, WBM/BBM,sub-base, rubble soling , plain concrete, RCC footing, pedestal, brick masonry, RR maonry, cement plaster etc. if any for excavation in foundations, providing various services such as laying pipe line/ sleeves and disposal of all debris within lead of 5 KM in Colony by mechanical transport etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for demolition and dismantling works : i) The dismantling of following works include any thickness, size & shape, at all level and locations along with plaster, tiles, stone slab,dado, skirting etc., cutting & straightening of reinforcement bars, stacking the serviceable materials in Dept. store and disposing of debris's within lead of 5 KM inside the colony by mechanical transport. (ii) Structural safety of the adjacent structure shall be taken care while carrying the dismantling works. (iii) Utmost care shall be taken to avoid the disturbance of the day to day security office work, pass issue and security check etc. (iv) Serviceable materials shall be stored at Departmental store including machanical transportation etc. without any extra cost. (v) The dismantling work shall be started with written permission of the Engineer-in-Charge..
Providing and laying NP 2 class RC hume pipes of dia. as mentioned below including making holes in masonry/ concrete work wherever required and making good the holes after laying the hume pipe with necessary collar joints using stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PART I-B : SUPER-STRUCTURE (STRUCTURAL) NOTE: Super structure items included in this schedule pertain to all the works above plinth level upto roof including parapets, water tanks, machine room, terrace level works etc. unless specified otherwise.
Reinforced cement concrete of grade M30 in super structure conforming to IS 456-2000, at all and IS 13920 at all floors and levels for all structural members in all geometrical shapes/ design using graded stone aggregate of 20mm and down graded including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes for Reinforced Cement Concrete Works:- a) All RCC works shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings,specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. b) The minimum cement content for water tank/ other tanks shall not be less than 330 kg/cum and not more than 400 kg/cum. c)The rates for RCC works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and form work unless otherwise mentioned. d)All coarse aggregate to be 20mm. maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. e)For all RCC items, the rates quoted shall include the following without any extra cost to the Department. i) Spacers to maintain clear cover for reinforcement. ii) Fixing at correct level and in proper alignment the inserts, pipe sleeves, pipe bends, fan hooks, other pipe specials etc. supplied by / through the Department. iii)Cut outs, nitches, pockets , construction joints etc. f) Test for concrete shall be done as per IS456-2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.

Carefully breaking all levels for/dismantling of Reinforced concrete columns at all levels without damaging existing reinforcements for vertical extension of RCC columns including proper treatment of exposed bars as required with wire brushing and applying cementitious polymer coats over existing reinforcement etc.complete including disposing off the debris from site of work all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in charge.

PART - I-C : FORM WORK NOTE: a) For double/ multi stage shuttering design calculations and details / drawings for scaffolding shall be submitted by the contractor well in advance. Prior written approval of form work shall be obtained from Engineer in Charge, before commencement of work. b) Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment and stop boards for construction joints will not be measured for payment. c)The rate of form work shall include all type of structural / RCC elements and geometric shapes including circular and any other curved surfaces at all level and floors including single/multiple staging etc. complete.

Providing,erecting fixing centering Shuttering work using ply board to obtain form finished concrete surfaces of F3 finish to ceilings at all heights & locations for following including single / multiple staging at all floors and locations fo all geomatrical shapes in plane , curved surfaces of structural / R C C elements including chamfers splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting hole for pipes etc. providing and applying approved form oil to all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete and skirting / removal of the same including finishing by filling form -tie - holes , removal of fins , ridges, and irregularities by grinding filling air holes, with sack rubbed finish cleaning up loose and adhering debris including all materials labour etc. Complete as per specifications drawings and directed by Engineer in charge.

PART - I-D : STEEL REINFORCEMENT WORK
Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying steel bars of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting,bending placing in position and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor & shall not be measured for payment).

PART - I-E : MASONRY WORK
Brick masonry in super structure at all floorsand locations using well burnt bricks from approved lots of class designation 3.5(classification as per IS 1077-1992 and min.average compressive strength not less than3.50 N/mm2 ) in CM 1:6 in 230mm walls to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes:- (a)The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks from the Engineer-In- Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. (b) Necessary Openings/nitches/cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-In-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (c) One brick wall thickness shall be considered as 230mm and half brick wall as 115 mm and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in CM1:4 to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. (d) The rate shall include cost of making the brick masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes with out any extra cost to the Department.
Providing brick work 115mm thick in partition walls, dwarf walls, parapets, under platforms, curtain walls, fins,external boxing etc. at all floors and locations as per drawing using well burnt bricks from approved lots of class designation 3.5 (classification as per IS 1077-1992 and min. average compressive strength not less than 3.50 N/mm2) in C.M 1:4 to correct line, level & plumb including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete as per specifications drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. i) with 115mm.wide and 80mm. thick RCC (1:2:4) stiffeners at every one metre height including formwork but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement, which shall be paid under relevant item.

PART -I-F : FLOORING WORK
Cement concrete 50mm thick in flooring in drive way with metallic hardner topping including ramps etc. at all floors and locations, consisting of under layer of 38mm thick cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 aggregate) with 12mm thick metallic concrete hardner wearing surface, cement being mixed with metallic flooring hardner of approved make in proportion of 4:1 (4 cement : 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and cement hardner compound mixed with 6mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including form work, consolidation finishing to required level, slope curing including providing aluminium dividing strips of size 30x3mm for panels of about 2 sq.m size , including providing 5x5mm antiskid grooves across the ramps @ 150mm centre to centre full width etc. complete as per specifications and drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & laying machine cut & machine polished kotah stone flooring, skirting, riser, treads etc.at all floor & location including staircase landing, etc. with necessary cement grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, level, curing etc. as required,including cutting of stone slab, wastage, making cut outs, wherever required, machine can not have access) etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. i) In flooring with machine polished (mirrorpolished) kotah stone slab of size 575x575x25mm thick with 20mm thick cement mortar ii) In skirting including sopped skirting laid over 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1cement : 3 sand) backing. iii) For treads 25mm uniform thick in single piece of 1500 mm length (approx.) laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4sand) bedding, including providing factory cut three Nos. of anti skid 5mm deep "V" shaped grooves including moulding of the edges etc.complete.iv) For risers 20mm thick in single piece of1500mm (approx.) length laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) backing.v) On top of RCC staircase railing including rounding to semi circle to the exposed edges, polishing , making suitable grooves between plaster surface and kotah including providing suitable brass pins at required length etc. all complete including laying over 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) backing. Notes:- a) The floor finish level shall be generally in level matching with the surrounding floor finish level & as per drawing. No extra payment shall been tertained for matching the floor differences.b) Adjustment of levels in thickness of mortar bedding due to different types of flooring, if any,shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. c) The contractor shall submit and get approved the sample for flooring, skirting, dado from Engineer-in-charge before bulk procurement.d) Pattern & design of flooring/ skirting/ dado shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work.e) Exposed edges of all natural stones used for the works like Kotah, Marble, Granite etc.shall be machine cut and shall have uniform thickness and mirror polished unless otherwise mentioned.f) The rate shall include cost of making the flooring to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.

TOTAL OF PART I-F : FLOORING
PART I-G : PLASTERING WORK : NOTE: a) The rate for plastering work over concrete surfaces shall include the cost of close hacking as per specifications, wherever required including grinding the uneven joint of concrete surfaces of RCC elements including necessary chipping of uneven surface, finishing the surface by grinding machine to required line, level and plane to receive the finishing applications incuding removal and disposal of the chipped off materials to the specified locations etc. without damaging/breaking/ cracking to the existing finishes, fittings & fixtures and no claim will be entertained and same shall be borne by contractor. Any damages to be made good / replaced without any extra cost to the department. b) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or 'Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge. c) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. d) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. e) No extra claim/cement/Ready Mix Plaster /ready mix polymer enriched mortar consumption shall be entertained by the department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams. f) Ready Mix plaster shall be of ROOFIT, WALPLAST, READIPLAST of ULTRATECH Cement Ltd., ACCOPlast of ACC Ltd. wherever mentioned in the item.
Providing Sand faced external plaster using Ready Mix External/internal plaster of approved make at all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, hacking whereever necessary, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing including making grooves, vatas, plaster fluting (plaster in steps) etc. wherever required complete as per specification & drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing 20 mm thick S.F.plaster using Ready mix External plaster of approved make at all heights and locations including scaffolding, external faces of brickwork/concrete surfaces (back coat and finishing coat of 10 mm. thick each) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight as per ready mix plaster manufacturer recommendations and including preparation of the surface, hacking wherever necessary, curing, cleaning at all heights & locations complete. all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing 12 mm thick plaster using Ready mix internal sand faced plaster of approved make at all heights and locations including scaffolding, for external faces of concrete surfaces in single coat including preparation of the surface, hacking wherever necessary, curing, cleaning at all heights & locations complete all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Extra over plastering items for making and finishing in matching plaster finish (interior &exterior) grooves of following approximate sizes as per drawing in plaster, at all floor sand locations to proper line, level and plumb all as per specifications and drawings.

PART I-H : PAINTING
Painting plastered/ concrete surfaces (old& new) with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade of approved manufacture of approved colour over a coat of approved cement primer including preparing the surfaces, filling with putty wherever required,scaffolding and cleaning etc, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of approved shade / colour for bituminous/concrete road,plastered/ IPS flooring etc by using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater,driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Structural steel work at all floors and locations in truss, grills, guard bars, hand rails, frames, pit / trench covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja , trap door,railing, hoisting hooks, smoke vents etc. using required sections angles, channels, I-beams, tees, flats, bars , RHS, SHS, chequered plates etc. of required sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting, making holes / chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete / brick work / marble / granite stone with necessary hold fasts / stainless steel screws & rawl plugs by drilling etc.and finishing the concrete / brick work after fixing /embedding including painting two coats of anti corrosive bitumastic paint on all unexposed surfaces and two coats of epoxypaint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces over a coat of approved zinc chromate primer etc. complete as per specifications,drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
Providing and fixing precoated with high durable polyster paint G.I. CRCA 0.5 mm (min.) thick steel sheets manufactured by M/s. Safintra sheets/ JSW or other approved equivalent make in Trimflute profile fixing over structural steel members on terraces including necessary ridges and gable ends, valley and 200 mm over laping, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine with bituminous washers/ G.I. bolt of 8 mm. The base metal shall be CRCA steel as per IS :513, having minimum yield strength of 240 MPa and minimum UTS of 280 MPa galvanized to 120gsm zinc coating mass (total both sides) as per IS : 277, conforming to AS:35366 class 3 of Rustshield/ Corroshield make etc. all complete as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Sheet specification:The steel sheets conforming to M/s. Essar/ Jindal steel make in SR 25 Module, shall have pretreatment by Dip/electro process, using pre-activation, zinc phosphate dip and final chrome rinse (trivalent chrome) on both surfaces, each of average DFT 5 microns, followed by a finish coat of specially formulated polyester paint in METASHIELD TM EPG TM of average DFT 20 microns on the exposed surface and average DFT 5 micronsame on the other underneath surface of appoved shade. The total coated thickness of metal, inclusive of galvanization, chemical treatment, primer and finished coats shall not be less than 0.50 mm Mode of measurement: Actual area of roof coverings including ridges,eaves etc. after fixing shall be measured for payment. Corrugation, overlaps shall not be measured.
Providing and fixing 'B' class (medium quality)GI pipe of required diameter for sleeves, spouts, cable entry from pitch to each servicebox, walls etc. at all floors and locations including cutting of pipes as required, bending and embedding in masonry/ concrete work or burying under ground with necessary cement mortar or burying under ground, making good the surfaces, including painting with a coat of bitumastic paint to the unexposed surfaces .and painting the exposed surfaces with two coats of approved epoxy paint over a coat of approved primer etc. complete all as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Galvanised Structural steel work in MS Bright bars using joists, bars, tubes, flats, SHS, RHS and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for Gates, structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, bending to shape (Curve and as approved design / any shape as per drawing) hoisting/erecting, wastages, fixing in position, scaffolding, bracing, providing and fixing in position with necessary masonry / RRM / RCC fasteners, making holes / chases wherever required and fixing / embedding in position in concrete / brick work / RRM with necessary heavy duty holdfasts /screws & rawl plugs and finishing the concrete/ brick work /RRM after fixing / embedding including getting hot dip galvanising treatment to all MS work in approved galvanizing plant etc. and applying two coats of as per approved by Architect for approved shade synthetic enamel paint over a two coats a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing 75mm thick Duraboard HD100 filler board of M/s. Supreme Industries Ltd. for expansion joint at all floors and locations in RCC columns, beams , slab, brackets etc. including cutting, laying in position in line, level and plumb etc. as per manufacturers specifications including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.
Providing aluminium metal cradle for expansion joint at floor level bent to shape, cutting, screwing, over lapping etc., including placing 20mm thick Kotah stone of suitable width [approximate 450mm] for entire length along the joint including providing & fixing aluminium flats/angles/ sheets (to be paid under relevant items)at bottom to cover the joint cut required size and shape etc. including cutting, positioning,supporting, wastages, filling with approved polysulphide ceiling compound, chipping the old concrete surface etc., including all tools and plants at all levels & location all as specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying polysulphide sealing compound of size 75mm x 10mm of approved make for the edges of Duraboard including scaffolding, labour, wastage etc. all complete as per manufacturer' s specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing & fixing in position anodised aluminium flats/ angles/ tees/ plates/ sheets/ foils etc. of required size to cover the expansion joint in walls, floors, ceilings and columns etc. including drilling holes, chasing the surface wherever required, fixed with wooden gutties, rawl plugs and C.P brass screws, making good the surface etc. complete.
Providing and laying in position precast hydraulically pressed Heavy Duty smooth finish concrete designer tiles of M/s. Super Tiles or M/S Basant Betons or approved equivalent, of size 300X300X30mm non-slippery finished, approved colour(s) in flooring, ramps/ footpath laying of tiles over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar bedding of 1:4 mix, close jointed, grouting/double grouting of joints with matching cement slurry, finished to level, slope & plumb as required, curing including cutting of tiles as required, wastage etc. including finishing top with two coats of lacquer finish etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made kerb stones from approved manufacturers M/s Super Tiles or other equivalent ,made up of cement concrete grade not less than M-30 and having size 500 X 325 X 125 mm , of approved pattern as per Architect / EIC including necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:4:8 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the existing AC sheet roof having various sizes and heights consisting of supports... GI/MS pipe column/ poles, MS Channel purlins/ water troughs, MS angle ties, purlins/runners, MS bar bracings at alternate bays, AC sheet curved/ plain roof including disposing off all debris/ unserviceable materials by mechanical means to the dumping area approved by Engineer-in-Charge within 3KM at a designated place in Anushaktinagar and depositing serviceable materials to Department store including loading/ unloading and properly stacking, cleaning, levelling the entire plot to natural ground level etc.complete all as directed by Engineer- in-charge. Notes:- i) The dismantling of following works includeany thickness, size & shape, at all level and locations along with plaster, tiles. Stone slab,dado, skirting etc., cutting & straightening of reinforcement bars, stacking the serviceable materials in Dept. store and disposal of debris within 3KM at a designated place in Anushaktinagar by mechanical transportation. (ii) Structural safety of the adjacent structure shall be taken care while carrying the dismantling works. (iii) Serviceable materials shall be stored at Departmental store including transportation etc.without any extra cost. (iv) The dismantling work shall be started with written permission of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling brick works, PCC, RR Masonry works etc. by chiselling at all floors and level including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials and disposing of unserviceable materials with in lead of 150m & all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm thick hot mixed and hot laid bituminous macadam using graded metal 32mm down, bitumen not lessthan 3.7% by weight of total mix of grade 60/70; including cleaning the existing water bound macadam road surface/asphalt road surface by wire brushing, brooming, providing tack coat at 7.5 kg of bitumen per10 sq. Mtr.,mechanical mixing, transporting, mechanical spreading, machine laying to required line, level, camber and compacting thoroughly with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying hot mixed hot laid premixed bituminous seal coat of 25 mm consolidated thickness over asphalt macadam as wearing course on road surfaces using 7%(+/-) 0.25% bituminous grade 60/70 including machine mixing, laying by mechanical spreading machine and compacting thoroughly by 8 to 10 tone power roller etc. to correct level and line, grade, camber etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and fixing 90 mm dia PVC-SWR pipes for weep holes etc., of approved make and with ISI mark including laying the pipe line to proper slope and gradient etc., including cutting to required length etc complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing HDPE sheet flashing fabricated by welding HDPE flexibal sheet with 160 / 110mm dia HDPE pipe of about 300 mm long for PVC rain water pipes, fixing with cement mortar 1:2 mixed with water proofing compound and forming proper shape and grade and finishing with inlet mouth of rain water pipe, cutting RCC slab or wall if required,including the cost of cement mortar etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes: For fixing HDPE sheet on RCC / Cement Concrete, bottom surface shall be sticked water tight by synthetic glue as per manufacturers recommendation (Glue type as per manufacturers recommendation). Top portion shall be spread with approved synthetic glue and fine 0.5mm sand shall be spinkled over it and allowed to be dried. After drying it is to be embeded using cement mortar 1:2 as per required shape and form.
