DE-SLUDGING OF SEPTIC TANKS CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES, MANHOLE COVERS, SEPTIC TANK AND CONNECTED WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN YELAHANKA

Cleaning and make it functioning sewage system by removing of all types of blockages from soil waste/rain water pipes, CI waste pipes, blockage of Toilets/bathrooms / WHB of bldgs upto G+2 storey height or in trenches, sewage line of any dia including junction of manholes of any sescription, man holes and septic tanks of any size and depth upto the last manhole to septic tanks of central sewage system to keep smooth functioning without any blockage of any description and in any situation with manually or some mechanically processes for all location under GE (AF) Yelahanka(Domestic Area) all as specified, by providing suficient of safaiwalas per day including all necessary tools and plants like bamboos, iron rod, bucket, rope, ladder etc. . Note (i) : Contractor or his supervisor /site Engineer will report daily at 0900hrs at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE in -charge, in case after checking & attending the complaints, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of JE than after charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account. However complaints related to sewage line blockage / pipe replacement etc whatever is applicable shall be attended on same day whether it is 'Sunday" or "Gazetted Holidays" and nothing extrea shall be payable to contractor on this account. Note (ii) : Contractor or his supervisor / site engineer will report daily at 0900 hrs at complaint cell for noting of day to day complaints in complaint register, issue of complaints slip to tradesman and enter after completion in complailnts register as instructed by JE,s. In case of absence of contractor rep for noting complaints, a penalty of Rs 1000.00 per day will be deducted from the contractor bill. Note (iii) : The complaint shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e. from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding Sundayor gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a Penalty @ Rs. 500/- Per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/ imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from his dues on this account. Note (iv) : The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in this quoted rate of the respective item. Note (v) : Minimum 04 persons sewer man and 02 persons as a helper shall be deployed by the contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines.

M&L for de-watering /de sluding of sewge well and septic tank of any size & approx 2 to 3 metre depth ,excavation of waste water from collection tank using 4500 litres to 5000 litres vaccum suction tanker, De watering of liquid or semi liquid waste by water sucking hydraulic pressure machine including cleaning of all sludge silt residue of both organic nature by manual labour or by mechanical scrappers etc in any position & disposal off all the waste outside the defeneland the de-sludging of sewage sump is to be carried out upto the bottom slab of sewage sump/ sewage well complete. The sewage well wall & bottom slab to be cleaned by water with high presurre up to entire satisfaction of Engr-incharge , neccessary safety precaution to be adhere during working. Note :- (a) Jetting of sewer line by high pressure jetting system of 2200w PSI/Suction. (b) The complaint has to be rectified with in 24 hrs from the complaint assign to the contracor failing which penalty will be imposed @500/- per complaint per day.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime moratr including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and prcast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm grared aggregate) complete all as specified.

Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing factory made pre-cast cement concrete cover slabs ( As required sizes) for manholes, and similar items with angle iron edging and plain faces in cement concrete M-30 incl neccesry reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes internal dia of pipe in 150mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar complete.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes internal dia of pipe in 200mm (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) set in cement mortar complete.

M&L for 150mm dia reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 for following dia of pipe laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm dia reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 for following dia of pipe laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for 150mm dia pipe concrete bed to drain pipes of including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested including necessary form work for the following bore of drain complete all as specified and directed.
