Supply, delivery at site on foundation, commissioning of 250 KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø silent new DG Set, comprising of Engine, alternator, separate AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB-II approved Engine & Acoustic Enclosure including transportation, loading and unloading of the DG set, having following specifications :

AMF & DG PANEL : -

Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel panel from the manufacturer / OEM / having CPRI approved Manufacturer made of 16 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 250 KVA DG set having following specification/features.

i) 2 No. 400A, AC1 duty, 4 Pole power contactor & U/V release etc. [Make: ABB, Legrand, Schneider].

ii) 2 Nos. 400A, 4 Pole 50 kA MCCB with Microprocessor based LSIG protection (Make: Make: ABB, Legrand, Schneider).

iii) 400A on load front operated TPN change over switch with necessary Cu Bus bars and Cable connections to bypass the AMF system in emergent conditions.

iv) In Built By-Pass switch for rated capacity

v) On -delay timer for load change over

vi) On-delay timer for engine shut off

vii) Engine On-Off switch (Push button type)

ix) Minimum five number indicating lamps to indicate 'mains ON', 'load on mains', Set running', 'load on set' and 'battery charger on'.

x) Audio visual alarm for 'Low lubricating oil pressure', 'High water temperature, Start failure', and DG over load'.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : -

The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms.

BASE FRAME : -

Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Making 5400mm x 2400mm x 750mm (250mm below & 500mm above the ground level) foundation of 300mm PCC block on top (ratio 1:2:4), 150mm RCC block in middle & Soling compound in remaining with 3mm thick smooth cement finish including construction of blue scope roofing shade supported onsteel structure consisting of atleast 4(four) vertical supports and adequate horizontal support made up of iron pipes with water prof painting on primer, capable of providing protection against rain for the DG having following dimension 4800mm x 1890mm x 2800mm (height).

Supply & fixing of exhaust gas piping of suitable dia welded black 200mm dia MS class B pipe incl. all necessary bend supports and clamps anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50mm thick mineral wool covered with wire mesh and aluminium cladding (from DG sets to top of the building plus 3mtr or as per CPCB) for 250 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

(1) Rate should be inclusive of all taxes, duties & CESS etc including GST which will not be paid extra.

(2) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relavent IS / IEC specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer.

(3) Nacessary manufacturer's test certificate for Desiel Engin, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment.

(4) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competant Authority (As per CPCB-II).

(5) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submited from the Manufacturer / OEM / CPRI approved Manufacturer.

(6) The entire set must be warranted atleast 15 months from the date of Delivery / 12 months / 5000 running Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years / 5000 running Hrs, whichever is earlier.

(7) The contractor will have to supply, deliver, install & satisfactory commission of the DG Set at the specific location as mentioned in the BOQ. After satisfactory commissioning of the DG the generator should be run for five (05) hours in full load capacity including over load of 10% for testing purpose. Fuel & Load Box (if required) for testing will be arranged by the agency in his own arrangement. No extra cost other than the quoted rate in BOQ will be entertained.
