Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in existing conduit and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep, dismantling, replacing defective part, overhauling, cleaning, greasing, rewinding, etc and hanging up/fixing back in the original position, connecting up and testing complete all as directed. NOTE: 1. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for minor items viz nuts,bolts split pin and rubber wheel, however capacitor & bearing shall be measured sperately under respective items. 2. Rewinding of fan will be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

Supply and fix ceiling fan regulator electronic step type 230 Volts single phase all as specified and directed. MAKE: Anchor Cat No.14501 or equivalent as specified herein after.

Supply and fix capacitor of 2.5 mfd for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bearing No.6201/6202/6203 for ceiling fan/exhaust fan complete all as directed.

M & L for rewinding ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep with super enamalled copper wire of exisiting gauge including insulation material varnishing and drying all as directed.

M&L for Painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ/lying in store with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc

S&F in replacement cup made of plastic complete with nut bolt for fixing in position suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep

S&F in replacement blade suitable for 1200mm sweep Ceiling fan complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement blade suitable for 1400mm sweep Ceiling fan complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling fan downrods of length 1-2 ft suitable for 1200/1400mm ceiling fans. The quoted rate should also include for the clamps necessary for the proper fixing of the ceiling fan.

S& Fix in repairs flame proof MCB distribution board TPN Color -Smoke Gray, Material LM6 20 kg Approx size and IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for paintng of existing DBs/Panel Boards (SPN/TPN or any other DB,Panel boards etc). The work should include proper cleaning of the DBs, applying one coat of rustproof primer along with two coats of spray enamel painting and ensuring that the doors, nobs and other movable parts of the panels/DBs are adjusted properly and fitted in place. Note:The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for painting and fitting of movable parts properly. If replacement of parts/items is required to make the fittings functional, the cost for labour and material for the same will be measured and paid for under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and in such cases the above items will not be measured and paid for.

Supply and fix in repairs Electric Panel Door Handles Lock Knob type and door locks made with backelite material necessary for proper closing and opening of the Panel doors

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x40 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass, with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size

M & L for testing of resistence of earthpits of transformer,panels , buildings etc after testing report will be furnished to Engr-in Charge in standard format approved by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point including testing on completion all as specified and directed. NOTE: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type CI chamber, funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 15 mm bore, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slabs 50 mm thick with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 140 mm c/c both ways etc complete.

Taking down carefully existing building security light/ Industrial work shop high /mid bay luminaires of any type,in any height rectifing the defects by repairs /replacement of Capacitor/ballast/igntor/lamp and tightening the loose connection etc & refixing in position complete all as directed. Note : Rates are deemed to include changing of spares "Supply only in repairs" under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and the Ladder/sceisor lift/T&P for rectifying the defects at the ceiling of mid bay/high bay height as well as security light.

Supply and fix LED 60W edge series bldg security light fitting pressure die -cast housing with toughned glass and including LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix LED 80 watt industrial high bay luminaire iP65 protected LED midbay with PDC housing suitable for ceiling (surface/suspended) mount all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj/Havells/Shakti or as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing flameproof LED highbay lights of 120 Watt capacity in replacement of old unserviceable HPSV lights of capacity 200/250 Watt. The LED Highbay ligts should be made with Aluminiunm die cast housing for efficient thermal management along with suitable driver and flicker free illumintion. The quoted rate should include taking down of existing highbay lights present at a height of 10-15 meters and fixing the LED lights at the same place.

The LED Highbay ligts should be made with Aluminiunm die cast housing for efficient thermal management along with suitable driver and flicker free illumintion.
