Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth level

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for a. Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using M.S angle 40x40x6 for diagonel braces

Disposal of Unwanted earth/mulba from the working site upto 10km

Hire Charges for welder along with welding (including welding rods) set for cutting and refixing of chain link fencing
