Removing carefully the cover slabs of man holes of any size and shape and removing the scum/ sludge including any organic or inorganic matters to a distance exc 50m and not exc 1500 mtrs and depositing where as directed by engineer in charge, and setting the man hole cover in position in CM (1:6) after cleaning the sludge for the following size of man holes (Manhole cover if provided new shall be measured & paid seperately) :- Upto 1.5 mtr depth

Exc 1.5 mtr depth but n.exc 3.00 meter depth

Cleaning of blocked sewage drain pipe till the flow of sewage/sludge water is smooth including taking out all sludge/mud from pipes by means of roding & remove to a distance exc 50m and not exc 1500 mtrs and depositing where as directed by engineer in charge for following size of pipes :- Internal dia 75 mm

Cleaning of blocked Gully traps including taking out all sludge/mud by means of roding,remove to a distance exc 50m and not exc 1500 mtrs and depositing where as directed by engineer in charge

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron pipe of internal dia 200 mm jointed in CM and taking out of trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron pipe of internal dia 150 mm jointed in CM and taking out of trenches etc complete all as specified and dirceted.

Dismantling of cast iron pipe of internal dia 100 mm jointed in CM and taking out of trenches etc complete all as specified. And directed.

Dismantling of cast iron pipe of internal dia 100 mm jointed in CM fixed to wall and taking out from wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron pipe of internal dia 75 mm jointed in CM fixed to wall and taking out from wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 100mm bore of pipes all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china water closet, pedestal type, white including flush pipe, seat cover etc, including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm n.exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 X 200 X 7mm thick as in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs,10 litre capacity,low level PVC flushing cistern, syphonic action type white colour,with inlet ball valve float and handle,PVC flush pipe,brackets etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm size PVC Connection with C P Brass Nuts of length 450mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15mm dia CP brass angle Cock with CP nuts and washers, CP brass wall flange with any other items complete including cutting and making good surface wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Solid block masonry set in CM as in man hole chamber and septic tank etc as in walling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry with PCC 1:3:6,type C1, with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and set in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete/brick / solid block masonry surfaces as in manhole, septic tank etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on concrete/brick/Solid block masnory wall surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for manholes, septic tank and similar work set in CM (1:6) all as specified incl necessary form work and placed in position all as directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia) or securing with clips complete.

Returning, filling in, incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed..

Removing excavated soils to a distance n.exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of small trees/plants at the stem removal of the roots of the plants by using acids, cutting around the spout for removing the roots of any size and making good with CM (1:3) incl two coats of cement base paint matching existing shade complete all as directed.

S & F for Mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply only mild steel bolt with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed is to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 10cm long n.exc 15 cm long dia mtr of neck exc 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC coated ( 1mm thick) chain link fencing exc 2 kg but n.exc 3.5 kg per sqm with size of mesh 50x50mm and thickness of wire n.exc 2.83mm , incl 6mm dia wire, PVC coated for support/line wire to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only of PVC coated chain link fencing including fixing of line wires any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete all as specified and as directed (Supply of MS line wire and flat iron, bolt & nuts measured & paid as supply only separately)

M&L for preparation new steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.
