Providing works services for manning & operation of Oil fired Incinerator of burning capacity 10kg/hr with all its accessories (Primary and Secondary Burner of 0.5 HP SP fully automatic mono block type, pressure jet with sequential controller, flame monitor, solenoid valves built in blower and motor fuel pump, voltage ignition transformer, ID Fan centrifugal type 3 Phase 5 HP, Forced draft fan centrifugal type SP, 1HP, Recirculation pump 2 in Nos of 0.5 & 0.4 HP, complete electrical control panel installed at INHS Jeevanti all as specified and as directed Notes:- (a) One operator to be employed in a shift of 08 hrs for one shift. (b) Shift timing : 0800hrs to 1600hrs

Providing works services for manning & operation for fully automatic electrically operated passenger lift with a carrying capacity of 4 passenger to serve G+3 ( total four stories ) with speed 0.63 metre per second with single speed motor and AC variable voltage and variable frequency (VVVF) with closed loop complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) One operator to be employed in each shift of 08 hrs for two shfts (b) Shift timing : 0600hrs to 1400hrs. & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs

Providing works services for Manning & Operation at GOMANTAK STP services for two shifts (0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including Sundays and holidays of Sewage treatment/recycling plant based of fluid media reactor (FMR) of capacity 75 cum/day including operation of sewage treatment plant with accessories-02 No,s Air blower for FMR equalizer -02 Nos, chemical dosing pump-01 No, Filter feed pump-02 Nos, sand filter-01 No, Sludge pump-02 Nos. (Each shift to be operated by 01 FGM) all as specified & as directed. Notes:- (a) M&O includes for the following items equalizer tank, sand filter, carbon filter, sullage drying bed, sodium hypochlorite plant, treated water pumping. Operation of Sewage pumps in collection sumps-04 Nos Treated water distribution pumps near fire station (b) Chemicals if any shall be supplied by department. (c) Every day trial run is to be conducted for 10 minute for serviceability of equipment/machinery including connected item.

Notes for item No.1 and 3 :- (a) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state government/local body whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC under respective headings/sub items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as non bonafide/invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from the valid /bonafide bids only. (b) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes cess levies as applicable including GST (c) The operators shall be experienced holder of 2 years in a concerned field with minimum qualification of ITI and also submit a copy of ITI certificate.

(d) The contractor has to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to electrician without any extra cost to the department. (e) Rates quoted for respective job will be deemed to be inclusive of above aspects.

(f) The contractor will be whole responsible if operator found absent during shift, and a double amount of one shift will be made recovery from the payment due to the contractor.

(g) 01 Operator (Skilled) to be employed in each shift of 08 hrs each. (h) Log sheet shall be maintained properly and the cost of stationary reqd for the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.. (j) The Contractor will be responsible for safe custody of installation and hand over the installation to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period.
