Colour washing one coat over a of wash over old surface with approved quality of lime in approved shaade including cost of clering surface thoughly and removing the scales of smoke and mosh marks with jhama rubbing, scaffolding, washing, of flors and taxes all complete as per per builing specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing souble scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exteriour side, up to seven story heigh made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 mm center to center,, horizontal & vertical tubes joning with cup & lck system eith M.S. tybes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scalffolding for working platfrom etc. and maintaning it in a seerviceable condition fr the required duration as aproved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locatins with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be meaured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
