MAINTENANCE OF OVER HEAD TANKS, UG SUMPS, STATIC WATER TANK AND REDEVELOPMENT OF BOREWELL INCLUDING OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT AFS KANPUR

Cleaning of internal surafces of RCC overhead tanks/ Reservoirs of 100000 gallons capacity at 25 M height by using high pressure rotary jet machine and pumping out/ flushing out water, mud, sludge, dirt etc by any means of industrial vaccum cleaner including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and washing the inside surfaces including pipes, ladders etc. and treating the surfaces by spraying sodium hypochlorite (anti bacterial agent) in a concentration as directed by means of high pressure rotary jet machine & UV radiation disinfactant, disposing off the spoils to a distance not exceeding 50 M in a safe manner where directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cleaning of internal surafces of Underground sump/ Reservoirs of 200000 gallons capacity, by using high pressure rotary jet machine and pumping out/ flushing out water, mud, sludge, dirt etc by any means of industrial vaccum cleaner including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and washing the inside surfaces including pipes, ladders etc. and treating the surfaces by spraying sodium hypochlorite (anti bacterial agent) in a concentration as directed by means of high pressure rotary jet machine & UV radiation disinfactant, disposing off the spoils to a distance outside MOD land (1 KM range) in a safe manner where directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Details e.g Tank Cleaned on:- date, month and year to be mentioned with suitable colour paint on Tank, complete all as directed and indicated.

Cleaning of internal surafces of Underground sump/ Reservoirs of 175000 gallons capacity, by using high pressure rotary jet machine and pumping out/ flushing out water, mud, sludge, dirt etc by any means of industrial vaccum cleaner including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and washing the inside surfaces including pipes, ladders etc. and treating the surfaces by spraying sodium hypochlorite (anti bacterial agent) in a concentration as directed by means of high pressure rotary jet machine & UV radiation disinfactant, disposing off the spoils to a distance outside MOD land in a safe manner where directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- Details e.g Tank Cleaned on:- date, month and year to be mentioned with suitable colour paint on Tank, complete all as directed and indicated.

M&L for cleaning of underground static water tank of approx 25000gln capacity by mechanised de watering by using industrial submersible pump, scrapping sludge and removel by using industrial sludge pumping ,cleaning of all dust particle ,sterilization of tank by using chlorination chemical and two coat of whitewash on internal surfaces of wall including preperation of surfaces,writing date of clening of tank with whitepaint on black base as specified and directed. Note:-Details e.g Tank Cleaned on:- date, month and year to be mentioned with suitable colour paint on Tank, complete all as directed and indicated. Sludge shall be removed to a distance not exc 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed. The cost of T&P and safty equipment shall be included in the quoted rates. The contractor will responsible for all safty measure of workers.

M&L for clening of RCC underground sump of 20000 Gallon capacity in a fire pumphouse at 110 block inside by mechanised de watering by using industrial submersible pump, scrapping sludge and removel by using industrial sludge pumping ,cleaning of all dust particle ,sterilization of tank by using chlorination chemical and two coat of whitewash on internal surfaces of wall including preperation of surfaces,writing date of clening of tank with whitepaint on black base as specified and directed. Note:-Details e.g Tank Cleaned on:- date, month and year to be mentioned with suitable colour paint on Tank, complete all as directed and indicated. Sludge shall be removed to a distance not exc 50 mtr distance and depositing where directed. The cost of T&P and safty equipment shall be included in the quoted rates. Sampling of non chlorinated water from various pump houses under AOR of AGE E/M-II Chakeri as and when directed by Engineer-in-Charge and testing the water for bacteriogogical , Physical and chemical as per IS-1622 and 3025 from any Government/NABL approved laboratories and submission of test report to Engineer-in-Charge within 10 days of direction for testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Note:- Testing of Sampling shall be done by the authorised rep of the approved laboratory from whom the testing of water is to be carried out in presence of JE/Engr-in-charge).
