Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick or Stone walls or Concrete Surfaces including Racking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc. complete removal of debris outside MD land.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description from any position and height as directed and specified.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specified complete all as directed.

M& L for rendering in cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on internal face of wall ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type etc complete.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section,Posts embedded in including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. etc complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface etc complete.

M&L for Cement concrete(1:3:6) as in in foundations, filling and mass concrete using 40 mm graded stone aggregates etc complete.

S&F for mild steel works as Angle iron post and struts in fencing post and iron flats for securing chain link fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete.

S&F for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete.

All as per item No 12 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia bars as in stirrupsc

S&F for Mild steel Screw bolt machine made with Hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screw both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc 5 cm long and dia of neck 10 mm all as specifed and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over newely untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described etc complete.

Material supply only for Chain link fencing MS galvanised chin link etc complete.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire any mesh size and any type of standard rail s staining bolt etc including provision of binding wire etc complete.

M&L for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strainging bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S&F Mild Steel work with hollow MS tubular section square or rectangular section as rafter/purlin including necessary welding bolting complete with using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to relevant I.S. Fe 410 -W (Gde?E- 250) quality?A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tesile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick type B0 1:2:4 ( 12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4)(mea-sured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame.

Dismantling RCC jallies, louver etc of any description fixed in any position

M&L for brick work with modular size kiln well burnt bricks sub-class 'B', straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in panels n exc 3 mtr long and joints shall be filled with the mixture of bitumen and sand in (1:3) by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floors etc as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 40mm thick as in floor, coping, finish the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 Cm x 20 Cm x 20 mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set, jointed with grey cement and pigments and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete as directed and specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 25-30mm thick stone dust cushoining and taking down and removing old paver blocks as specified and directed

M & L for Running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm complete

Taking down of steel gates/doors execeeding 2 Sqm each and re-fixing in the same opening after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Mild steel work as in Hooks and Pintle hinges for steel gates inclding necessary weling, cutting holes in wall,making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and two coats of painting & wall finish to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabriction and fixing in repair (partial repair work) mild steel framed work as in gates,grills,grating of drain, etc including MS plain black sheet, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete with a coat of red oide primer all as specified and directed. (The MS section & thickness of plain sheet shall be matched with existing).

S&F Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm bore class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L for Reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-1 (1:2:4) ( 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, footings of columns etc.
