Excavation in trenches in hard/dense n exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required levels/slope for drain/channel/foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing of debries from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of debries from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work using sub class 'B' bricks in cm (1:4) straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering in CM 1:4, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30/45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced concrete hume pipes, class NP2, 300mm dia bore laid and jointed complete with collars including cement Concrete bed 1:4:8 (type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under, & completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality conforming to IS complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L precast reinfored cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate as in cover slab inluding necessary form work placed in position over manholes/drain set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken stone Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base including use and waste of form work all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation including spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L three coat of white wash on new plastered surfaces on including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down of old unserviceable 75mm thick RCC drain cover slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The RCC cover slab will be sold to contractor under Schedule of credit.
