General repair By HMP of Partawal rajwaha Nahar ki Patri Road ODR length 3-00 km LOT NO- 1 of 10

WBM-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. as per MORT&H Specification 404 (II) and Clause no. 4.11-A, complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. (Including Labour cess and royality ) (GST will be paid extra as per applicable)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per MORT&H Specification 503 (I) and Clause no. 5.02, complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.. including cost of bitumen.(Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Premix Carpet (By HMP 120 TPH) Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.as per MORT&H Specification 510 and Clause no. 5.07, complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. including cost of bitumen.(Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)

Type-B Seal Coat (By HMP 120 TPH) Providing and laying of premix seal coat with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.as per MORT&H Specification 511 (ii) and Clause no.5.09 complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. including cost of bitumen.(Including Labour Cess & GST will paid extra as applicable)
