M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm crushed and graded stone aggregates) as in foundaion and mass filling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC shall be carried out through RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) being large quantity. The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for this provision

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry in 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar 1:4 with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregates) laid in floor, path etc. or of similar type finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC shall be carried out through RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) being large quantity. The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for this provision

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregates) laid in floor, path etc. or of similar type finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC shall be carried out through RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) being large quantity. The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for this provision

S&F plastic dividing strips, 38mmX1.5mm thick inserted in position, conform to design complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 over brick work or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including 3mm thick wall care putty in two coats and priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed
