Shifting of empty oil drums from store to near 100 MVA T/F

Draining of complete oil from 100MVA transformer at 220 KV S/S Nehtaur into 209 litre drums and 20 KL oil tanker.

Partially dismantling & safe stacking of Mulsifire air Pipe line, water pipe line and proper stacking.

Dismantling of 100 MVA Transformer, conservator tank, oil pipe lines, all bushings turrets, fan motors, marshalling box, OLTC panel etc. to complete the job satisfactory, including proper stacking and all T&P etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost .

Replacement of old and damage gasket of 100 MVA T/F make of good quality rubberized cork sheet Kotika/Telbroze/NU-Cork make at following details below. Complete evacuation of 100 MVA Transformer main tank and filling of Dry Air/Dry Nitrogen of dew point -50°C or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25Kg/Cm² and the again evacuating the Transformer tank after required time interval (approx12/24 Hrs) using centrifushing machine. The work shall including connecting pipe of machine as required measuring Due Point values of N2 after every cycle till the required value is achieved.

Flushing of transformer main tank by hot oil remove of sludge from the bottom of main tank create the vacuum inside the T/F tank and maintain it for 24Hrs.

Overhauling of diverter switch after drain out of dirty oil.

Complete erection of 100 MVA T/F at 220 KV S/S, Nehtaur by erecting radiators, headers, conservator tank HV/LV bushing, all pipe lines, bucholz relay, OSR, PRV, erection of marshaling box, driving mechanism, cooling fans, oil pumps & all other links etc. complete in all respect, radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank & attending the oil leakage if any after putting the Transformer in vacuum for 24 Hrs & all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per instruction manual or direction of the Engineer.

Create the vacuum inside the transformer tank & maintain it for 24 Hrs. filling the oil step by step in 100 MVA T/F

Filling the Transformer oil in oil tank and its centrifuging upto required BDV.

Centrifuging of complete transformer oil in transformer main tank by connecting centrifuging machine to be provided by the Contractor and taking the BDV & I.R. values of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer & as per Tech Spec.. Enclosed. (Centrifuging Machine shall be provided by the Contractor).

Re erection of Mulsifire air Pipe line, water pipe line and proper checking of leakage.

Carriage of 20 KL empty T/F oil tank for the centrifuging of T/F oil where it is available within distance of 50 Kms approx.
