M&L for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of any capacity, cleaning, servicing, overhauling to all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding/ brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, complete replacement of foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages, fabrication of bottom GI tray of existing size with drain pane made out of 16 gauge thick GI Sheets duly painted with bituminous paint over interior surface of tray, re-assembling all the dismantled components to its original position using new nut, bolt, washer and other packing material etc, with and including testing, commissioning of Air handling Unit at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamelled spray paint of existing colour on steel/iron surfaces of pipes, LT panel boards, Pump Set, Steel Iron Pipe complete plant with and incl preparing of surface by scratching/ removing rust, dust and old paints etc with wire brush, emery paper, grinder etc and making surfaces smooth for achieving better grip between surface and primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Pressure gauge dial type range between 0 to 10 kg/cm2 with siphon assembly with on/ off knob including necessary welding cutting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for thermal insulation on new / existing ducts and plenum chamber, comprise of preparation of surface and fixing of new cross linked closed cell polythene, plane, fire retardant insulation of 19 mm thick nitrile rubber insulation with aluminium foil of the duct having a tow stable K value of 0.027-0.029 Kcal/hr/m at 0-23°C with minimum density of 33 Kg/cum, fire retardant self extinguishing on dripping, good ozone resistance, including fixing the insulation to the duct surface with help of adhesive paste and closing the gap with self adhesive tape of 3mm thick, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for superior quality canvas cloth with Zip, having depth not more than 75 cm with GI frame suitable to connect both AHU and duct including taking down of old material all as per directed.
