Brick work in 1:5 Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

For Ground Floor upto 4.50 m Height (+)

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor Slab, Roof Slab, Loft, Landing Slabs, etc with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60 m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over steel adjustable span of size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50 mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40 mm (2.90mm thick), etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable Telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMT and all grade like Fe 500, Fe 550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire).

Add additional labour for works above plinth/Basement level in every upper floor over the preceding floor or Below Ground level of every 3.50 m depth.

Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (one cement, one and a half crushed stone sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including super plasticiser, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - manual mix.

For Ground floor

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of 20 / 30 mm thickness for cup-board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One Cement and Five Plastering Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200 ml per 50 Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine Polished Rajasthan Kota Stone Slabs of 20mm thick with Machine Cut Edges of size 2'0 x 2'0 and above laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required cement slurry and mortar plasticizer fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work).

Laying top with granite (Jet black) slab of size 4'x2' and above 18mm to 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick for cupboard top including super fine polished with sharp should be finished including cost of all materials & labour charges for fixing in position etc., complete complying with std. specification and as directed by the deptl. officers.

Polishing and Nosing the granite slab (single nosing) to half edge to round shape and finishing the surface neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing country wood scantlings for door and windows and any other joinery works using country wood scantlings upto 4m in length and complete it in all floors including labour charges for the manufacture of frames as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of single leaf type with 35 mm thickness teakply on bothsides with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos. SS 304 Grade Butt Hinges of size (125 mm x 30 mm), 2 Nos. 300 x 12 mm aluminium tower bolt, 1 No. 200 x 12 mm aluminium tower bolt, 1 No. Mortice Lock with required screws with 3 Keys, 2 Nos. 200 mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing cupboard shutter using termite/water proof plywood of 19 mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8 mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1 mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fitting such as hydraulic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks, etc., as directed by the departmental officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the executive engineer before use on work.

Easing the existing over hanging doors and windows including renewing frame its position and refixing the same after attending petty repair works including for wrought and putup in position fixing necessary furniture excluding cost of aurniture etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Supplying and fixing in position PVC specials of the following dia and types of approved quality confirming to BIS and providing leak proof joints including fixing to the walls and giving connection to the PVC soil stacks, dismantling the masonry or RCC works and re- doing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality Stainless Steel Sink of size 600 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm including cost of 32 mm dia CP waste coupling, 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia brass nipple including fixing the sink in position and testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The sink and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position of 15mm dia Brass Chromium Plated Screw Down Tap (heavy type) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supplying and fixing in position of 15mm dia Stainless Steel Swan Neck Tap (heavy type) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supplying and fixing position CI Nahini / Floor Trap of size 100 mm x 75 mm with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one part of lime, two part of crushed stone sand and five part of 40 mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement & three crushed stone sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahini Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Re-painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with one finishing coats of ready mixed (Plastic Emulsion) Paint of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Re-painting old wood work with one coat of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Re-painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with one coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and coveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of not less than 3km within city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low place and levelling etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
