Dismantling, removing aged cooling, dehehumedifed coil comprising of copper tubes, aluminum fins from cabinet for making optimum performance by changing leaking pipes, bends, fittings i/c brazing and refixing the same on platform of AC units i/c testing etc. having a capacity 17.5TR with 9TR coil each
Dismantling removing aged cooling coil and providing new multi raw coil having copper tubes, aluminum fins, headers, distributors of requisite as per site location to mount on either side of cabinet in 17.5TR AC units with 2 Nos. coil with each having a capacity of 9TR.
Removing aged scrolls compressor with low efficienty consuming more power with new compressor of make copland ZR-108 i/c removing deposites and flushing and changing hardwares complete as required.
Removing weak bends, headers, pipes at joints due to aging process with new fittings in heat exchanges located at ground floor and brazing for making optimum capacity of 17.5 TR at 43 degree ambient temperature with two no. coils attached in rows.
Replacement of heat dissipation fans operated through automation system installed in microprocessor units and removing the faulty one.
Replacement/P&F copper piping of following sizes. 1/8"
Thermal insulation having a thickness 6mm.
Less credit for dismantled material
