Improvement to M.S.H. to Mohagavhan - Dhumka - Ukali Pen Road ODR 01 Km 4/750 to 5/300 Tq. Washim Dist. Washim Under 3054 - 3596 (2025-26)

Item No. 1 :- Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. [MORTH 201] (S.S.R.I.No. 2.09)

Item No. 2 :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means - Grading II (Using Screening Type B (11.2 mm) Aggregate) [MORTH 404] (S.S.R.I.No. 3.20)

Item No. 3 :- Construction of Granular Shoulder of 150 mm thick close graded material, conforming to Clause 401 of MORTH Specification and having soaked CBR not less than 30% , granular layer compacted to at least 98% of maximum dry density determied as per IS:2720 (Part 8), also the remaining specification conforming to Section 300 of MORTH. (Murum is not allowd). Constructed by MIx in place Method and grading etc. completed and as directred by Engineer Incharge (Rete Approved as per S.E. P.W. Circle Akola Lr. No. 657/ P.S.-2/2023 Dt. 31/01/2023)

Item No. 4 :-Providing and constructing 50 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all mataerials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40mm. stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75 kg/sqm, spreading 12mm.size chips compacting with static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including picking of existing WBM surface.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) (Spec. No. IRC-SP-20, 2002 Clause No. 8.7.3) (S.S.R.I.No. 3.37b)

Item No. 5 :- Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying OGC 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with VTS , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade--USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller ( Over MPM Surface) (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) (S.S.R. Item No. 6 :- Providing and laying of Type - B premix seal coat with HMP of approprate crushed stone chipping 6.70 mm size and penetration bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 0.68 Kg / Sqm. , preparing existing road surface including mixing in suitable Batch Mix plant and rolling by static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. etc. complete (MORT & H 2001 clause 511 P. No. 192 RD 51 P.No. 227) (S.S.R. I. No. 4.03)
