Repair and Maintenance of Bhimpur - Ankereli Road in the district of Rayagada for the year 2026-27.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area, with all labour, T&P, taxes & cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of subgrade / Earthern shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 303 with all leads & lift as per direction of the Engineer in charge (By mechanical means).

Providing and laying including scraping, cleaning the road surface, applying tack coat using 3.0kg of bitumen for 10sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer, using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penitration grade of bitumen for 10sqm in each layer with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen, metal and chips and rolling with P.R.R including hire and running charges of P.R.R and all other machineries with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T&P and cess etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreding and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spresding in uniform thickness, hand packing,rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screenig/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Primer coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including clearing of road surfaces and spraying primer @ 0.20kg/ sqm using Mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications of Road & Bridge work (04th Revision)

Providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet (By Manual means) using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size chips and 14.6 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen boilers etc.complete, with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat (By Manual means) using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8Kg of bitumen per 10sqm with all leads, lifts, delifts with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint (Weather coat) of approved shade two coats, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenace of road signs by way of cleaning and repainting of mandatory / requlatory / cutionary / informatory and place identifications sign board as perdrawings and technical specification Clause 1910.
