Demolition of cement concrete in floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 -22 mm thick kota stone, machine cut kota stone slab flooring over cement screed base laid in cement mortar, and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete (mirror polished) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc., including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete faces (internal walls) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering in cement 1 : 4 (10+5)=15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC on top 5 mm thick only complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Liquid Water proofing compound will be paid separately

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked) for addition in cement mortar/concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal painting of approved make) over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer including preparation of new concrete/plastered surface of any description complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (weather proof, anti fungal painting of approved make) including preparation of old treated concrete/plastered surface of any description all as specified and directed

Removing of APP treatment from roof surface cleaning of roof tops including removing the existing treatment by brooming down with steel wire brushing scrapping down with steel scrapper and roughening the existing surfaces to receive plaster and Supply & Laying water proofing treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membrane with features as specified, weighing not less than 4.5 kg per Sqmm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm by torching the membrane including sealing the over lap while torching with 100mm on length side and 100mm wide side as per manufacturer’s instructions including joints and changes in direction the curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200 Ml/bag of cement cured well before laying of membrane all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfaction of Engineer -in-charge including two coats of bituminous aluminium paint Note (i) irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment . (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of primer APP membrane & SBR Latex all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 25 mm aggregate laid on roof floor mixed with WPC finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. Note:WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Schedule 'A' Part II - Internal Electrification

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed
