REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL, HARD STANDING, PATH, DRAIN, CULVERT, SECURITY FENCING AND MISC WORK UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (WEST) MATHURA

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work etc, any section and any length including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dismantling of existing galvanised iron steel barbed wire/ chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Dismantling chain link fencing of any guage & size not exc 4 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-polished chequered tiles (any colour) of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with gray cement & pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and including 20mm screed bedding in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
