Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.5 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 1/2: 3(1cement:1 1/2sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) In foundation and plinth.

b) Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness)attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6: (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts. Walls i/c attached buttresses, pilasters, and their caps and bases and string courses etc. upto floor two level i/c entrie carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Tor steel.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling notexceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
