Material and labour for drilling of perfectly vertical bore hole of a diameter suitable to fix 100mm nominal diameter for MS casing pipe upto 30 metre depth below ground level inclusive of the labour charges for transporting, lowering, supply and fixing of 100 mm nominal diameter MS casing pipe inside the bore hole including all works pertaining to drilling such as transporation, installation and removal of drilling machine etc complete in all type of soil/rock and supply and fixing of ISI marked MS casing pipe (plain) class B, 4.5mm thick of 6 metre length upto 30 metre depth of bore and connected with socket joint, In addition to above supply and fixing of ISI marked hollow copper earth electrode with outer dia 63mm and thickness of pipe 1.6mm duly filled with CCM (crystal conductive material) by brazing/ socketed joints upto 30 metre depth & gap between copper electrode & MS casing pipe filled with charcoal dust, common salt, magnesium sulphate in alternate layers, top of copper pipe brazed/ welded with copper strip 32x6 mm and the contractor shall provide 7.5 metre length of strip and complete brazing work for connecting with copper electrode and testing point & provide GI pipe of 40mm dia for protection of copper strip and to be connected with existing earth pits/ strips at different location including labour charges, PCC (1:3:6) work around casing pipe, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed upto satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. Earthing shall be tested by contractor in presence of Engineer-in-charge and payment shall be admissible after satisfactory test results. 2. After setting down of earthing material in bore atleast for 15 days, bore of earths shall be refilled again with earthing material as mentioned above upto ground level, rate for the same shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. 3. The rate for copper strip upto 7.5 metre shall be included in the quoted rate. 4. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of PCC 1:3:6 work around borewell MS pipe from ground level to depth of 0.3 metre deep in earth and 0.3 metre outer dia around MS pipe. 5. Test result of the earthing maximum 0.5 ohm shall be achieved. 6. Test report showing test result of all earthing shall be submitted with payment. 7. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of bore hole upto 30 metre depth and MS Casing pipe (plain), 100 mm dia, Class B are upto 30 metre depth and connected with socket joints at every 6 metre of MS Casing pipe. 8. The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of hollow copper earth electrode with outer dia 63mm, 1.6 mm thick duly filled with CCM upto 30 metre depth, backfill chemical compound measured and other misc work & material as described in Srl Item No. 01 as Each Job for payment.

Material and labour for drilling of bore hole of a diameter suitable to fix 100mm nominal diameter for MS pipe from 30 metre below ground level depth upto 60 metre depth inclusive of the labour charges for transporting, lowering, supply and fixing of 100 mm nominal diameter MS casing pipe inside the bore hole including all works pertaining to drilling such as transporation, installation and removal of drilling machine etc complete in all type of soil/rock and supply and fixing of ISI marked MS casing pipe (plain) class B, 4.5mm thick in 6 metre length and fitted with socket joint and provided ISI marked hollow copper earth electrode with outer dia 63mm and thickness of pipe 1.6mm duly filled with CCM (crystal conductive material) by brazing/ socketed joints upto 60 metre depth & gap between copper electrode & MS casing pipe filled with charcoal dust, common salt, magnesium sulphate in alternate layers complete all as specified and directed upto satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1. This drilling of borewell shall start from 30 metre below the ground level and can go as down as 60 metre below the ground level. 2. Contractor shall ensure the drilling upto water table and measurement for payment shall start from 30 meter below ground level to water table and maximum upto 60 metre below ground level. 3. The unit rates are included for MS Casing pipe (plain) 100 mm dia, Class B, 4.5 mm thick from 30 metre to 60 metre depth and connected with socket joints at every 6 metre of MS Casing pipe. 4.The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of hollow copper earth electrode with outer dia 63mm, 1.6mm thick from 30 metre to 60 metre depth duly filled with CCM and backfill chemical compound measured as per RM unit for payment.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning tripod chemical earthing system consisting of 3 Nos of copper earth electrode of 48mm outer dia, thickness 1mm and 3 metre long with exothermically welded joint of copper terminal size 40x6 mm for long lasting and connecting the exothermically welded joint bus bar, both CPRI tested on atleast 25KA fault current ensuring high current capacity of the system and earth electrode should be ISI marked and 1 metre to make a shape of traingle with 25x3mm copper strip and making bore hole 80mm dia upto 3 metre depth and after fixing of electrode in bore fillup with special mix back fill compound (Earth enhancement compound lab tested) atleast 30 Kg in each electrode shall be covered with advance polymer pit cover of 30x30 cm size complete with 8000 kg load bearing capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Cost of this item includes the scope of earth work, chemical compound and pit cover of required size. 2. Testing of earth value shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. 3. Value obtained of earth must be below 1.00 ohm and tested before Engineer-in-charge. 4. The unit rate are inclusive of 3 Nos bore hole 80mm dia, 3 metre depth, 03 Nos earth electrode 48mm outer dia, 1mm thick and 3 metre long, earth enhancement compound 30 kg for each bore hole, 25 x 3 mm thick 03 Nos copper earthing strip for inter connection and 03 Nos polymer pit cover. 5. The unit rates are inclusive of 7.5 metre, 25x3 mm copper strip from earthing to test point. 6. Test result of the earthing maximum 1.0 ohm shall be achieved. 7. Test report showing test result of all earthing shall be submitted with payment.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for cable lying not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including, spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying of cable with copper conductor PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable single core 16 sqmm including providing copper thimbles for making connections alongwith brass nut bolt with existing copper strip/ test points complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying of cable with copper conductor PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable single core 10 sqmm including providing copper thimbles for making connections alongwith brass nut bolt with existing copper strip/ test points complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lightening conductor, 32mm x 6mm copper strip fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws of PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing or roof conductors and down conductors etc. as required including welding on both sides (over lapping) at all joints except test point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lightening conductor, 20mm x 3mm copper strip fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws of PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing or roof conductors and down conductors etc. as required including welding on both sides (over lapping) at all joints except test point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphourus bronze 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head bronze screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 40mm bore GI tubing light grade as in protection pipe for copper cable crossing in walls/ plinth including all fittings complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
