Complete Maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. Lawn, Trees, Shrubs, Hedge, Flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, wedding out of all weeds & other wild growth, gap filling, watering, moving of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide pesticide and fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office -in -charge (Cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide will be provided by the department and lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel, other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) Park which have features like mounts, shrubs, topiaries, rockries, annual beds et. The garden area shall be measured for payment. Lawn Area - 4048 sqm x 12 month=48576 sqm

Clearing/sweeping and collection of rubbish, garden refuse from the periphery of the path, parking and disposed off at specified place as per direction of office in charge 150 sqm x 12 month =1800 Sqm.

Supplying and stacking of Good Earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km. lead complete (Earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying & Stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (Cow dung manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8 % for payment).

Supplying & Stacking of jamuna sand by mechanical transport including royalty and carriage, loading, unloading with all lead and lifts complete

Provision for foliage plants

Areca Palm haaving ht. 90 cm to 1.20 m with 4 to 5 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot

Providing and displaying of Raphis Palm having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm with 15 to 18 equal suckers, well developed, full of fresh and healthy leaves from buttom to top in 35 cm PVC Pots/C.Pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Phoenix Palm having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm with 10 to 15 or more leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
