Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil complete in all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a). Ordinary rock.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

a)Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

b)Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level with 1:4:8 (one Cement : four sand : eight stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement work up to plinth level with 1.1.5:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) in foundation and plinth etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one and half sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Cold twisted bars.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete in respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix with 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for plastering on circular work not exceeding 6 m in radiusIn one coat complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. a). With G.I. barbed wire
