Fabrication, Supply and Erection of 4 nos vertical gates and its accessories of Rengsapali-III Checkdam (KA-03-0093) over Local nalla near village Rengsapali in Golamunda Block of Kalahandi District, under Superintending Engineer, M.I. Division Kalah

Supply and fabrication of embeded parts consisting of structural steel, Stainless steel and rolled steel i.e Wall liner 4600 x 125 x 8 mm thick 2 nos, Wall liner 4600 x 100 x 8 mm thick 4 nos, 1/2 CUT ISMB 200 of length 1750 mm 1 nos, Side seal SS seat 2250 x 60 x 6 mm thick 2 nos, Sill beam SS seat 1684 x 50 x 6 mm thick 1 nos, including cutting allowalnce, 2nd stage embedments with all accessories,machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing, ncluding consumables, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fabrication of vertical lift sliding gate leaf consisting of :Skin plate 1684 x 1650 x 8 mm thick 1 nos, End V girder 1650 x 50 x 8 mm thick 2 nos, Hor. Girder 1650 x ISA 50 x 50 x 6 x mm thick 3 nos, diaphrgm-1 1350 x 50 x 8 mm thick 1 nos, diaphrgm-2 1650 x 50 x 8 mm thick 2 nos Side seal mounting 1650 x 55 x 8 mm thick 2 nos, Side seal clamp plate 1650 x 50 x 8 mm thick 2 nos, Pad base 80 x 30 x 18 mm thick 4 nos, Btm. Seal clamp pl 1684 x 50 x 8 mm thick 1 nos, Lifting bracket 400 x 150 x 10 mm thick 2 nos, including 5percent cutting allowance, bronze pad, Btm Seal, Side Seal, C/s screw, nut/bolt etc, with all accessories, machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing, ncluding consumables, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fabrication of Steel hoist bridge for Single stem Nut type gear box hoist consisting of: Base plate 400 x 200 x 8 mm thick 4 nos, CI gear box base plate 400 x 430 x 16 mm thick 1 nos, Supporting beam ISMB 150 of length 2000 mm 2 nos, Anchor bar 400 x Dia 20 x mm 16 nos, Chequered plate 750 x 430 x 6 mm thick 2 nos, including 5 percent cutting allowance with all accessories, machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing, ncluding consumables, all complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Erection, positioning, alligning, fixing, trial and commissioning including unloading and shifting upto location of all components of 2nd stage Embedded parts (consisting of sill beam, wall liners, track plates etc), Vertical Gate leaf (complete assembly with fixing of bronze pad, rubber seals), Steel hoist bridge assembly (consisting of hoist platform, Screw rod, lifting gear box, supporting beams, base plates, anchor bolts etc) with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, alligning, welding, cleaning, finishing including consumables all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of following bought out materials per gate LTB-1 Bronze pad of size 80mm x 30mm x 12mm (including cost of material, machining and countersunk holes) 4 nos 2nd stage embedments, dia16 Studs, bolts, nuts, washers, Counter sunk screw for bronze pad and nut, bolt, washer required for mounting rubber seal etc. Bottom Seal ( Plate75 x 10mm) -1 nos of length 1.684 m, Side Seal ( dia25-70 x 10mm) -2 nos of length 1.650 m each. Nut type Screw Gear box assembly suitably square threaded for 63mm dia screw rod all inclusive of cost of material, cost of Thrust bearing, machining and assembly charges. 1 no, Supply of Gate Stem cum Screw rod 63 mm Dia suitable square threaded to M62x9 including cost of material, straightening and machining., Supply of 63 mm dia round paint stem, Anchor bars 16 nos, Anchoring adhesive 2 kg, Gate lifting pin(dia 50mm and length 150mm) 1 no, Lubricant like grease and mobil 2 kg, Gate Lifting Handle 1 No.

Painting of 2nd stage embeded parts(exposed portion), all steel surface of gate including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat primer of 40 micron thick and three coats of final paint of 100 micron each, all inclusive of labour, materials and consumables as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Painting cost of Embeded part (With one coat Zinc primer and 3 coats of Coal tar epoxy paint), Gate Leaf (With one coat Zinc primer and 3 coats of Coal tar epoxy paint), Hoisting Platform (With one coat Zinc primer and 3 coats of Aluminium paint)

Extra work at work site:- Labour charges for vent & site cleaning, labour 1 no for one day. Construction of coffer dam by sand bag at the rate Rs.46.91/- and dismantling after completion of work including cost of labour and sand bag. 2nd stage Concrete cutting, 2nd Stage concreting, Watch and ward unskilled labour 2 person for 5 days.

Transportation Charges of Bulky materials like machineries, generators etc. alongwith gate components and other accessories per truck for 180 km distance. (Approx).
