Demolition of wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation etc or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets any thickness including cover filletts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre. size of grid 605 mm x 605mm complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long (removing old hangers) complete all as specified

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses, (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee,angle,channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250 quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any discription on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on other than fare faces of brick surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even & fair with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separatly with respective item

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plastering on concrete surfaces or brick walls in CM 1:6, finished the surface even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC sheet wall panelling (wood grain) of thickness 5mm struck on interframe work on 50mm wide strip and 5mm thick PVC sheet the strip should have a groove of 6mm width and 1mm depth in their centre for sinking the head of screw to the wall verticaly the PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long MS screw not more than 200mm C/C thorugh the groove in the strip by using PVC fastener complete all as spd and dir.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth/path/floor finished even and fair all as specified.

S & F in repairs 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced transucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixedwith L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw complete all as spd and dir.
