Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, Pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling post struts of mild steel embeded in PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fence any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks(Old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto as per above item No 20 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on brick work including using integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE- WPC shall be measured & paid separetly under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing coumpound conforming to IS 2645 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in bed block, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

S & F Angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gd E-165. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F concertina coil fencing with punched tpae coil 450 mm dia (at stretched portion) made out of hot dipped galvanished steel wire coated with CLR anti crossive paint, making diamond shatpe barbs with 18mm SWG sheet spring core 2.5mm thick wire with tape 0.52mm thick and weight of each coile should not be less than 7.50 kg each coil including securing tying at crossing with and provision of galvanished mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or surface of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe in any length laid in wall for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 Cm, soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Depth of well shall be the effictive depth i.e below invert level of sewage line at well.
