Supply of 50 kVAr, 440V, 3 ph., 50 Hz, APFC panel suitable for power factor improvement of inductive load make standard/E
Transportation of the panel at site and installation of the same on the ground with necessary hardware and civil work etc as required at site
Supply of 70 mm sq. 1.1 kV grade, 3.5 core aluminium armoured cable make Paragon, Havells, KEI or any other ISI marked
Laying of 70 mm sq. cable on the ground using necessary hardware clamps etc. as required at site
Termination of 70 mm sq. aluminium armoured cable using brass compression glands, lugs , tapes etc. as required at site
Supply and installation of 200/5 A Control CT after dismantling of main bus bars, fixing of CT in the bus bar with necessary hardware and re-fixing of bus bars as required at site- make AE/Kappa/Eqv./Any DJB approved make.
Supply, laying and termination of 2 core, 2.5 mm sq. copper control cable from Control CT to capacitor panel on ground/wall etc. as required at site
Supply, laying and fixing of double run 25x3 mm GI strip for earthing of panel from main earthing to capacitor panel using necessary hardware etc. as required at site
Testing &Commissioning of APFC panel including 1. Megger testing of complete equipment from phase to phase, phase to neutral and phase to earth 2. Programming of APFC relay for target power factor 3. Checking tightness of all nuts and bolts 4. monitoring of power factor during guarantee period.
