Material and labour for maintenance of storage type electric water heater geyser of capacity 25 litre comprising of the following activities:- (a) Inspection, taking down, opening, dismantling , descaling, brushing and cleaning of storage tank and examining of water tightness of storage tank after cleaning and descaling. (b) Check and connect earth continuity of electric items (c) Checking and adjustment of pressure release valves (d) Cleaning and maintainance and refixing thermostat and ensure its functioning (e) Checking of dead weight, cleaning / seal and ensuring vent hole is fuctioning propely (f) Visual examination of fusibie plug. (g) Testing of geyser after repair. (h) Assembling and fixing in same position. Note: S&F of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Taking down carefully existing unservicable heating element of any type from geyser and supply and fixing new heating element 1.5KW Capacity including necessary element connection as required at site and testing complete all as specified and directed (Note:- Petty item such as nut ,bolt, clamps etc are deemed to be included in quoted unit rate)

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable thermostat and supply and fixing new thermostate ISI marked for geyser any capacity with necessary connection and heatimg complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable indicator lamp and supply and fixing new indicator lamp to geyser of any size, square, round complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of inner shell of suitable size made of stainless steel sheet of 22 SWG ISI Marked for geyser of any type/Make of 25 litres capacity complete with all suitable accessories such as thermal insulation etc complete all as specified and directed as per sample

Taking down existing unserviceable Non return valve and supply and fixing in poisition with new non return valve ISI marked made of cast copper alloy screwed both ends internally suitable for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing unserviceable safety pressure valve and supply and fixing new safety pressure valve with vent to geyser as per latest ISI specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement for PVC connection (Hot) of size 15 mm bore and 600mm long superior quality with brass adopter complete for geyser for any capacity

Supply and fixing in replacement of neoprene seal (bottom ring) for 25/35/50 litre capacity geyser of superior quality complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting the outer surface of geyser of 25 Litres capacity as per original shade with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer by spray gun after scrapping the existing paint, denting, filling depression with putty etc and refixing the geyser in position including water/electric connection and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 21.00 here-in-before but for geyser 50 Iitre capacity

M&L for brazing / welding of inner copper tank at leaking spots up to five leakage of geyser of capacity 25/35/50 litres capacity of any type and make of tank after checking up worn out nuts bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacment Gun metal angle valve of 15 mm bore ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sheet metal enclosure (industrial type DB) single pole and neutral including 2 pin earth plug and socket with one MCB SP C Curve type 20 Amp 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for grouting of nuts & bolts for fixing of 50/25 Iitres capacity geyser on existing wall including cement and sand mortar 1:2 and finishing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle screwed for GI pipe 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core multi stranded PVC insulated, copper conductor, grade 1100 Volt , FRLS cable of size 2.5sqmm including 2.5sqmm multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable PVC insulated for earthing duly connected with earth dolly, with approved colour coding including PVC conduit heavy grade, of appropriate dia. concealed in wall with accessories including cutting chases and making good to the disturbed surfaces as per existing and taking down old unserviceable wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Three run of cable alongwith PVC conduit together shall be measured as single run.

S&F in repair of plug top 3 pin 5 Amp 240 volt all as specified and directed.

Disconnacting electrical connection of solar heating device (of Make :- Inter Solar, Sintex, sun magic), carefully, dismantling solar panel with water tube (copper assembly/ ETC tube) rubber gaskiet; nut bolt and servicing/cleanning with acid & water circulation and wire brush and brazing of cooper tube if any, after servicing reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour on replacement of distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door TPN 4 Way MS sheet including fixing in the wall,cutting chases grounting and necessary patch work and white wash to match with the existing including making connections all as directed containing the folowings:- makes:- legrand/L&T/Siemens/ indo asian :-(a) MCCB 4 Pole 100 Amps 16 KA breaking capacity with thermal release 01 No (In coming)(b) Bus bar made out of Aluminium on insulated duly insulated wire adhesive tape RYB & black-4 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 40 Amp-4 Nos, MCB SP 10-32 Amp - 08 Nos (Out going). (d) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with aluminium Strip of suitable ampacity as directed.

Supply and fixed in repair sheet metal enclosure for DB’s when MCB’s to be used of 240 volt 8 way with bus bar SPN double door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB single pole 6 amps to 32 amps , B series complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCB single pole and neutral 6 to 32 amps, C series complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable, FR of size 6 sqmm and one PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable, FR, of size 6 sqmm as earth eire fixed in and including concealed non matalic PVC conduit of appropriate dia complete all as specified.(Note :- Three run of cable along with PVC conduit together shall be measured as single run)

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, pole etc. n. exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil, brick protection etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
