Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer-in-charge , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine aggregate : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine aggregate)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine aggregate)

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine aggregate)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade - New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 sqm

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of - R.C.C

Hire charges for engaging JCB machine towards clearing the jungles / bushes in the Lift Irrigation campus at Vanjore. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges for machinery, fuel charges, conveyance and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
